Always has Pokemon products in stock which is good for collectors, quite a bit above MSRP which you'd expect otherwise would be sold out to scalpers, deliveries take a short while to come also but that’s on Royal Mail

A shoe retailer trying to jump on the scalper train! Getting sick of everyone wanting to scalp pokemon and they think 3 times the price is reasonable. Avoid them and let them sit on product until they charge retail you know LIKE A RETAILER SHOULD!!

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. The product is shipped from Australia, but this was not made clear before I placed the order. Had I known it was coming from the other side of the world, I would never have ordered it. International shipping means much longer delivery times than expected. Sellers should clearly state the shipping origin before customers pay. This experience was misleading and frustrating. I won’t be ordering from this store again.

Your order was dispatched 1 hour and 5 minutes after purchase and is currently in transit. As stated in our shipping policy on each product page, orders may be fulfilled from our UK, US or Australia locations depending on stock availability.
Delivery from Australia usually takes 3–4 working days. We also replied to your messages after 2:00am to try and help resolve this quickly.
As the order had already been dispatched, we couldn’t cancel it, but we have offered a prepaid UK return label and full refund once delivered if you are not satisfied.

We completely understand your frustration regarding the initial delay. Unfortunately, the item became unavailable, which was outside of our control. That said, we acted as quickly as possible to resolve this for you and went above and beyond by sourcing the item from another retailer at our own cost to ensure it still arrived in time for the birthday.
We always aim to provide a high level of service, so it’s disappointing to hear you felt we hadn’t responded — I sincerely apologise for the delay in my last reply, as I’ve been unavailable due to jury service this week.
We did our best to keep things on track and deliver a positive outcome at our own expense, and we hope that effort is taken into consideration.

Incredible customer service
I bought some shoes I could not find anywhere else, got them delivered super quickly but unfortunately the size / color didn’t match what I wanted. Contacted customer service out side of the 15 days notice as I had some personal issue and they agree to refund me while being super understandable. Thanks James and team SteppedIn, will defo buy from the shop again !

There were no hidden charges, and the item was delivered exactly as described.
We completely understand that pricing in the secondary market can sometimes be surprising, but this doesn’t reflect the quality of service provided.
