Unfortunately a waste of time. Ordered Hoka Bondi 9 and no update on delivery so I sent a message asking where my trainers were and I got back a refund notice. Hoka gone from website and apparently they cannot complete orders due to supply issues. Pointless and still not received refund and my event I needed to trainers for has passed.
Of course I won't buy from them again. Went to Hoka website and ordered the pair I wanted and they were in stock and got 10 % discount. 2 days delivery.

Exceptional service! James emailed me after 8 p.m., promised next-day delivery, and absolutely delivered on his word. His conviction and reliability really stood out. Trainers arrived right on time and are top quality. Couldn’t be happier!

I’d never heard of nor used this website before so was dubious, despite the good reviews.
I placed an order for a product I was struggling to get elsewhere and they arrived next day, less than 24 hours from ordering. The box and outer packaging was fully intact but I still felt the need to double check things, the sku on the shoe and box both matched each other as well as the detail of the actual product online. I’m delighted with this service and my item and will definitely use them again.

Wow! As soon as I purchased I realised I had made an error, so I emailed James and within minutes he had replied saying he had adjusted the order saying it would be sent the following day and u should receive it within the next 24hours - which I did. Great product with excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this company. Support small businesses.

I wasn't sure at first in regards to this website as I had not heard if it before. My son wanted these specific trainers that weren't avaliable at the shops any longer. I ordered them. We had to wait a week as they were imported from America. The min they came into this company they were dispatched out next day ! Absolutely fantastic service and would highly recommend them.

Baught a pair of trainers for my son for school, hadn’t realised they were something rare and ordered. Was advised they were shipping internationally and unfortunately had to cancel the order due to my own last minute ordering but I do appreciate the understanding, service and quick resolution. Trainers were a little more expensive than some sights but I can’t fault the company, asked advice about size fittings and had a prompt reply, arrived well packaged and speedy delivery and more importantly my grandson loves them.
