Great customer service
I'd like to leave a 5 star review for the flooring dept of Sterling Aberdeen. After hours of wasting time looking online we thought we'd drop by to see if there were any suitable options. The flooring dept was bright and well laid out with lots of good sized samples, it was so nice to see and handle different options. Kirsty was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Thanks to her advice we were able to choose a great product, and the size measured out perfectly as well. We are delighted with the end result and now going to order more for another room. The whole experience was smooth: all of the other staff just made it work in the background - fulfillment, accounts, delivery info: faultless. Also - a wonderful aspect of their customer service is that they answer the phone - it was so refreshing and reassuring to speak directly to them when I had to call back with a query. I am delighted to recommend Sterling.

We visited the Glasgow branch at London Rd. to check out bedroom furniture, member of staff Andrew was so patient friendly and extremely knowledgeable about our enquiry ,he took the time to explain everything, we therefore purchased some bedroom furniture , not realising how late it was, he also took the time to explain the range of beds available even though it was nearly closing time to enable us to make an informed decision. We have since purchased a new bed, meeting our needs due solely to him taking the time and care to meet our needs, a great credit to the store.

First-class service at Sterling…
First-class service at Sterling Aberdeen
We recently visited Sterling Aberdeen to purchase a new mattress and received a first-class service from both Branch Manager Jason and Salesman Scott Jarvie
Both were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient in explaining the differences between the Hypnos and Harrison Spinks mattresses. Once we had narrowed our choice down to two, they gave us plenty of time and space to try both mattresses and make our decision without any pressure whatsoever.
We really appreciated their professionalism, expertise and excellent customer service. They made what can sometimes be a difficult decision so much easier and more enjoyable.
A huge thank you to Jason and Scott — first-class service from both men. We would highly recommend Sterling Aberdeen.

Length of time waiting for new Dining Table
I bought a dining table and chairs at the end of July. I was told I would have it by mid to end of August. No update or date of when arriving now third week in September. Not happy with the length of time I have had to wait.
