Accommodating service and beautiful products
I contacted Sterling & Wilde prior to placing my order to ask for an extended returns window as I was giving a necklace as a gift while on holiday. They were super accommodating and agreed to extend the returns window. After I placed the order using standard delivery, the necklace arrived within two days and was beautifully gift wrapped. My partner is thrilled with the necklace so no need for a refund after all! Could not fault the service nor the product, thank you!
