Great quality product
Great quality product. Very happy with it now it’s down. Good price too and delivered quickly. Only negative was, when I asked about a HIAB delivery to drop it over a wall, they wanted an extra £800!!!! Stuck with the pallet delivery at that price.

Unfortunately the 3rd party courier we use do not transport our goods via Hiab and we have to obtain a quote for this type of vehicle on a case by case basis which can then become expensive.
Excellent customer service
The paving is excellent with no breakages. We had a problem with the delivery company trying to deliver with a 26 tonne truck rather than a maximum of 18 tonnes as per the Stone Paving Direct website. However after a few phone calls with customer service this was rectified and the stone was delivered. It was a refreshing change that customer services answered the phone straight away. They owned the problem and sorted it out to my satisfaction.

Pavers were delivered as I expected…
Pavers were delivered as I expected ,the driver did a great job for me,got them as close as possible to where I need them. Got some unwelcome critter in one crate,swiftly despatched of,and some of the pavers have green mould on them,must have been stood a long while however there was no damage so reasonably happy.Best thing was the delivery driver,so accommodating.

Excellent product delivery difficult
The ordering experience, product and delivery time were excellent, but the delivery is on a vehicle that is so large it can’t even turn in to a driveway so makes delivery very difficult and it’s only on a pallet truck so the products may have to be left on the road

All good, fast delivery and out of 5 crates (about 80m2) of sandstone slab patio packs only one slab was cracked and about 6 had a v slight chip on an edge.
