60x60 Black Limestone paving slabs
Purchased, two full crates of 60x60 black limestone paving slabs. Overall very happy and great price per metre. No broken slabs in crates, however some had chips on corners and edges. Used for cutting in. Additionally, some had not been fully machined (ribbed) on bottom and were smooth in places. Patio 3/4 layed and looking good. These are the second slabs I’ve bought from SPD.
Only issue was the courier who delivered the pallets had the wrong truck and struggled to offload as I live on a hill with a slightly sloping driveway. Best to fully inform courier of your location to avoid this.

We ordered split face ice grey tiles…
We ordered split face ice grey tiles and arrived with one box broken and can’t be used. Most of the boxes have breakage on it and it’s difficult for the builder to fix the gaps in between and putting it on the wall. The extra boxes we ordered can’t be used as of the broken tile pieces. We rang customer services but no help at all. Need to improve their customer service policy.

worst experience
worst experience. sent out basically a box of broken slabs where it had been dropped and then told me I had to pay for them avoid at all costs, there must be better companies with better customer service
