Hi Tim, Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating the repair process and wait time must have been. To clarify, we do offer a replacement unit if the order is still within 30 days of purchase, while repairs are typically arranged for issues reported after that period.

Our Technical Support team should have offered the replacement option if your case fell within that window, and we apologise if this wasn’t communicated clearly or offered to you. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will work to improve communication moving forward.
