Excellent value
I bought 2 Dell computers for the office and then 1 for home. They were in good condition and delivered by DHL very promptly and securely. Apart from a flat battery in the first (pack of 8 from Poundland) there were no problems. I would not hesitate to buy from them again

Excellent Service and excellent product
Easy to find product and condition required on Website, the Laptop arrived just over 24hrs after placing the Order on tracked delivery. The Laptop was as described and came well packaged with clear instructions and easy to set up. Although early days I would strongly recommend Stone Refurb and will certainly be using them again.

Excellent PC but Stone Refurb Scrimped in the Wrong Place
The PC was delivered very quickly and exactly as described. In terms of value for money, it is excellent. We are a volunteer run village shop and upgrading IT kit to keep ahead of Microsoft dropping support of their operating systems has to be done in the most affordable manner as our finances are very tight. Stone Refurb helped us keep within our tight budged.
The only downside to this PC and why it doesn't get 5-Stars is that it immediately complained about loosing the internal clock. Very simple to fix as a replacement BIOS battery on the motherboard did the trick but for Stone Refurb not to include replacement of this battery as part of their refurbishment felt very mean for the couple of quid it cost to buy.

While we do aim to replace components that are likely to fail, there are rare occasions where a CMOS battery might still appear functional during our testing process but then fail shortly after. Poor customer service continues, but eventually resolved.
When I ordered my laptop online (which is great) I was told order confirmation would be emailed, but I never received it. I have emailed Stonerefurb twice asking for a receipt which I need for business records but haven't received anything yet. A simple task which would have meant a 5* review normally.
Still haven't received any response from Stonerefurb despite their reply. I've emailed them no response, rang them can't get an answer. I've checked inbox, spam and junk mail nothing has been received. They have my contract details, they could pick up the phone and resolve the issue.
NOTE, they eventually got in contact and resolved the issue.

We’ve thoroughly reviewed our records regarding your order and communication, and we’d like to clarify that we responded to your VAT invoice request within one minute of receiving it. Since then, we’ve sent the invoice to you via email on three separate occasions.
It appears there may be an issue with your email inbox, as we haven’t experienced similar delivery issues with other customers. Please check your spam or junk folder just in case the emails were filtered incorrectly.
To ensure you have everything you need, we’ve just re-sent the VAT invoice again. Additionally, we made several attempts to contact you by phone to help resolve this, but unfortunately, we were unable to get through or clearly hear you on most of the calls.

If I could give this company more than…
If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. This is my second order from them and once again I am not disappointed. I ordered a phone from them on 3/7/25 and it arrived the next day! The phone is in mint condition and they were having a sale too, so I got the bargain of the century! I cannot recommend Stone Refurb enough and will continue to go to them when/if I need any more PC accessories or phones. I have also told all my friends and family about them. Absolutely top class!
