Lovely stones arrived on time
Lovely stones arrived on time . Products were meant to be at least 15mm in diameter- only 1 out of 3 met this criterion. The other 2 were smaller than expected.Would have been a 5 had the sizes been as advertised.

We’re sorry to hear you felt the need to leave a 1-star review. We do our best to ensure every customer has a positive experience. Unfortunately, the issue arose because the address provided was incorrect, but we still processed a full refund as a goodwill gesture. We always aim to resolve any concerns fairly and would appreciate a little understanding in situations like this. Thank you Karen
