clean dry no bugs amongst open boxes. close amenities adjacent to car parking, the trolleys are great and will carry quite a weight. the contract is self-explanatory no hidden stuff, don't understand just ask.

Informed and Helpful
I was given options on the size fit for purpose. I was helped with remembering pin, key and location of storage unit. Details were pointed out to me within the storage area trolley etc. I had a short stay at Storage King yet each time I went in I was greeted by a cheerful and friendly Hayden who made a stressful circumstance easier to go through. The paperwork and office staff were attentive and able to answer questions. Nice people.

All round great experience
From the first interaction to the final bits before move in day, the team have been super helpful and great to deal with. Nothing has been a problem and they give clear, easy to understand advice.

Awesome company
Awesome company, friendly, quick and easy to set everything up. Staff at botany north/east tamaki were amazing. Super helpful and were nice enough to help us when our move out of the house fell apart. Eased the financial stress by giving us credit towards the future when we eventually do have to move. Not as expensive as you’d think and they had a deal for one extra month free going at the time. Highly recommend, thanks again guys!

Was issue with swipe card access on testing for 1st entry and Team dropped everything to get card working.
