Disappointed
I was told you supplied with an invoice. You did not. I had to pay upfront at a price above what I could have paid locally at the Stationery Warehouse. You took over a week to supply. I will not use you again and I will not recommend you. LATER. I have read your reply and I have no interest in responding to any of it as I will not be doing business with you again. All I will say is I DO NOT live at a rural address: I am actually in the CBD Tauranga.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience, however we would like to clarify the order and delivery timeline.
Your online order was placed on Thursday afternoon with Direct Credit selected as the payment method. As this was not an account purchase, payment was required before the goods could be released. An order confirmation containing our bank and payment details was sent immediately after the order was placed, followed by a payment reminder on Friday so we could release the goods as soon as payment was received.
Payment was received on Sunday. Your order was dispatched on Monday, the first business day following payment, and was delivered to your rural address on Wednesday.
As part of our normal business process, invoices are issued when goods are dispatched, not before. This applies to our account customers as well.
We appreciate there may have been a misunderstanding about the payment and invoicing process, but we want to clarify that we processed your order promptly once payment was received. We dispatched the goods on the first business day after payment and delivered them two days later to a rural address.
We work hard to provide prompt service and delivery to our customers throughout New Zealand, and we’re sorry that on this occasion the overall experience did not meet your expectations.
