Over and above…
I accidentally ordered 2 products thinking they were compatible and I was contacted immediately to advise me and suggest what to replace it with and they would organize a refund of the difference. I think that is exceptional service and I was very grateful. The products I received were exactly what I needed. Thank you for capturing that and doing something about it, it shows this company's staff cares about its customers needs.

Ordered bag then was emailed that it wasn't in stock, asked me if I wanted to continue the order as it would come from Australia. A bit of a pain as it took a bit longer to arrive with no updates just turned up. Bag not as strong as I thought it would be.

Prices and selection of goods available excellent, website easy to navigate. Delivery arrived in time but not impressed the courier didn't leave the goods when I was out as was this was a time sensitive purchase.
