An extensive range of difficult-to-find ingredients
I've said before that I'd shop with Farro Fresh all the time if I could afford it. I'm always impressed with the selection of goods and products on offer. It would be nice if there were more plant-based and vegan products on offer, but that's a minor point. The delivery was prompt and my order beautifully packed.

TASTY MEALS
The meals are easily prepared in the oven. They are very tasty. Just like homemade but without the work. We have enjoyed every meal that we ordered. Meals for 2-3 people are a very good sized helping for my husband and me.

I like the service but so much waste packaging
I like the service, I just think surely there is was to use less packaging? For a store that is generally really good re paper bags and boxes etc the delivery service is harsh on plastic :(

The packer was awesome, very thoughtful in ensuring items that could leak were packed inside a plastic bag for extra protection, which I really appreciated. I usually don't get this level of thoughtfulness so wanted to make the effort to make a mention this time. Packers like these should get an extra bonus as they show they're not just doing their job, they actually care. Wonderful work done well.
