mixed opinion
Helpful with info about placing an order and offering replacement for out of stock product, competitive pricing. But putting one roll of bubble wrap, some rolls of tape and some newsprint (only a small pack) on a pallet and using half a roll of pallet wrap to secure it was really annoying. Now I have to get rid of the wooden pallet and it's really wasteful and bad for the environment to use SO much pallet wrap when it wasn't necessary at all. Duh!

Out Of stock
On the site when purchasing it had in stock but after not receiving goods for ten days we told that it was out of stock & waiting to now arrive from Australia.
I did get offered a refund thank you
I'm still waiting for delivery hence the 2 score
