The process online was easy. The unit and facility itself are clean and easily accessible. The staff were very helpful. The only issue is that you are not able to access the unit 24/7.

The signup process was easy
The signup process was easy. I enquired online and got a response within the day, and they have 1 happy customer here. The rates are reasonable, please do drop by one of their facilities to have a better idea of the space and they might have deals not yet offered online.

Really good service it was hard to get there on time as they shut at 5 but when I did it was helpful - maybe you should open later as it’s near impossible to get there if you are working during the week

Locked out
On Sunday April 16, the facility in Richmond Rd was unavailable around 2pm because of a fault in the door mechanism. Another person trying to get in said this had happened to him on the weekend once before.

Super handy
Super handy. I thought it was great value for money. My space was perfect for my needs as I didn't need a huge space. They had lots of options available and talked me through them all. Location and access/loading into storage was perfect and painless.
Izzy & Ethan were great to deal with and made the whole process effortless. Highly recommend them. Cheers team!
