The process online was easy. The unit and facility itself are clean and easily accessible. The staff were very helpful. The only issue is that you are not able to access the unit 24/7.

Great friendly service
Great friendly service, Chris at Richmond Rd was very happy to accommodate my specific requirements and be flexible into the future as they change. I was totally impressed with how easy the process was and remarkably cost effective. Little things like the trollies, easy access to cardboard bins, loan trailer, loan vans.... forgot a padlock so they loaned me one.... super easy. Thank you!

- Units for storage are readily available.
- No hassle in choosing the size of space you want and getting it booked and confirmed.
- Very affordable.
- Great staff. They're very helpful and showing their willingness to help.
