We have used Storage King New Lynn 3 times now and have had only a good experience. Once for a house lot and twice for our boat. We found them easy to deal with and their super competitive prices. For us it was the location and having a secured site that keeps us coming back.

Awesome, easy, and helpful staff
The staff member that helped us out on Friday the 21st Oct at 5pm at the New Lynn branch was so wonderful and helpful and kind! Sorry I can't remember her name, but she stayed late for us to sort out the paper work so we could seamlessly move our stuff in the next day. The facilities were also super clean and organised, moving in was a breeze.

Storage and COVID borders
COVID borders have changed the way we operate, particularly when you work and live outside of Auckland and your home is in Auckland. So finding storage was just one step in many. Easy online application, self explanatory in regards to sizing and cost calculator, Easy online payments. New Lynn Manager was easy to converse with and accommodating, talked me through the online ID verification. My chosen person in Auckland has been added to my storage access. I feel that we have chosen a good fit for our purposes.
