Big box, stores lots of stuff.

They called quickly after my online enquiry and proceeded to give me useful advice and options for my storage.

The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable

I would have to say the very friendly and helpful staff. I'm in a wheelchair and sometimes struggle with items. But your lovely staff always ask if I need help and usually don't take no for an answer which is rear these days.

The staff were very flexible and responded to my needs.

The service, information provided, care taken to make sure I could easily access my storage unit, that I understood the driving layout, access and egress; checking to make sure my codes worked were all so well taken care of by Lorraine. She provided the very best customer care I have experienced in a long time.

Most helpful when we came to enquire about sizes and prices,and loved the the fact you can park right by the door and don't have to go round a maze of corridors to get to your unit. Also they were very obliging on an extension to times when we moved in.

I was particularly grateful for the way Lorna helped me on a day when I had some heavy boxes to deliver to our storage unit alone. Lorna went out of her way to give me help and advice and it was much appreciated

When I turned up to put my belongings in my storage unit I realised that it was not big enough. The staff at Hillside Rd Branch, Takapuna were very helpful and helped me find another unit that was more suitable. No drama, just fast and efficient service.

I like having a code rather than a card as it is hard to find one card in a bunch of them.
Staff are always so pleasant and helpful.

Great customer service from the team, who were very helpful and gave me all the info I needed. Only issue has been the inwards gate as this was being fixed when I was moving my things in but wasn’t a problem as was able to go in through the exit gate instead.

Two professional ladies received me, they gave me a good deal for a long term lease. Because the 3.5*4 unit is very popular, so it was not available at the first begining. But the younger lady kept pushing this and I got one in a short time. Thanks for you guys great work!
