Highly recommend for long or…
Don’t hesitate to use them for long or short term storage. These guys are great, at the end of the phone if there’s an issue, I dealt with Kenny today and he was friendly, quick and helpful. The site is secure and well managed. Been with them for years, highly recommend.

Exceptional Service
I have now used 2 locations with storage vault, the Stirling and the Grangemouth locations and both times I have had a wonderful experience. Any issues I faced with codes not working or having to extend my usage I have been met with exceptional customer service and rapid assistance offered. I could not recommend more as it is a very economical option for Students and compared to some other facilities you get a good amount of space and security for your money.

Terrific customer service from both Callum and Stefini at Storage Vault Paisley. They both listened carefully to our requirements and then provided exactly what we needed.
Our experience was of a professional operation, managed and run to an extremely high standard. We had no issues whatsoever.

Very poor service
I booked storage unit in Motherwell but the specification given wasn't right. The stuff can't fit in the unit. I booked another one which is with same specification but lift wasn't working and I couldn't use the first floor unit because I have heavy stuff. No one was there to help and resolve the issue because there office closed. Next morning I called them but they have very poor customer service and instead of resolving issue they blamed me of not using lift properly. They charged me for a service which I didn't use. Really bad experience of using storage vault and wouldn't recommend any one to use them. Also measure the unit before use because they don't accept their fault and blame customers. Don't trust storage vault.

We fully investigated your concerns, including reviewing CCTV and speaking with the staff involved. This confirmed that the unit specifications were correct, the lift was operational, and the displayed lift instructions had not been followed by you.
Our records also confirm that assistance was provided when you contacted us the following morning. We therefore do not agree that the lift was defective, the unit was incorrectly specified, or that you were charged for an unavailable service.
Unfortunately, the evidence does not support the version of events presented in your review.

The cancellation notice period and applicable terms were provided within the Licence Agreement, which was accepted when your storage agreement commenced.
The charges applied are not a cancellation fee; they represent the rental charges due during the agreed notice period and are calculated on a prorated basis.
Had our team been contacted before cancellation was requested, we would have been happy to explain the process and confirm any amounts due. Our team remains available through our website, App, and contact centre should customers require assistance.
Returning customer
The company is so helpful they go out there way to help in any way they can and the location is ideal for me.and the staff are great especially Nyree and Lizzie.and there price is very reasonable.i have used this company before and I will keep coming back.

Tbh communication is pretty poor
Tbh communication is pretty poor. I got my vault and stuff moved in which was fine. The company failed to inform me that I had to bring my own padlock. I was told the person sent the email to the wrong email address. After a stressful day of moving my belongings the last thing I wanted to do was go and buy a lock when I could have bought this in advanced.

Our booking confirmation email does include information advising customers to bring their own padlock, but we're sorry if this wasn't clear or wasn't received. We appreciate your comments and will continue looking at ways to make this information more prominent to help avoid similar situations in the future.
Handy and Cost Effective
The process of booking and completing the unit was very easy and efficiently processed. The location of the Motherwell units was ideal and handy for where I live.
The units are compwtively priced as against other facilities in the area.
Using the key code entry system is very straightforward and the instructions for using the Goods Lift are clear and easy to follow.
I would have given this a 5* review with the only slight issue being on one of the visits the lift was faulty. Contact with the central office managed to resolve the issue after about 30mins. There were no further issues on all subsequent visits
