Connor and Dan were really helpful and friendly this morning when delivering our new sofa, perfect service thank you so much!

Excellent service from Store 2 Door. Sofas & chairs delivered during the time slot allocated. Tom & Rosie - I cant say enough about how friendly, helpful, polite & professional they were. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the delivery all very easy. Probably the best delivery firm we have encountered.

Dan and Connor were fantastic delivering our order this morning. They were on time, cheerful, respectful of our property, mindful of stacking the goods so that we could get round them and resourceful when presented with a problem. They are a great asset to Store2Door.

Fantastic service. Called to arrange delivery a few days ago and gave time. Called me again 15 minutes out, very polite and careful. Took all the packaging away and left the flat tidy.

Unfortunately the corner piece of my sofa didn’t fit up the stairs so has had to go in the garage pending the manufacturer sending someone to dismantle, bring it up and reassemble, but again, the delivery team dealt with the calls.

Connor and Dan delivered our new DFS sofas, and they provided excellent service from start to finish. They called to let me know they were on their way, and I asked if DFS had informed them that they would need to access the property via the back. They hadn't been told, but they didn't bat an eyelid.

I explained the situation, and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They delivered everything promptly, took great care with the sofas, and made the whole experience stress-free. A big thank you to Connor and Dan for their professionalism and excellent customer service!

Really smooth and easy experience with a delivery by Store2Door of a new corner sofa.
I got a text the day before with a 2 hour delivery slot, and they arrived within the first hour of it.
They first assessed the route through the house, confirmed where we wanted the sofa to go, then just got on with installing it. At the end, they checked if it was in the exact right position and carefully moved it until it was.
In all, a really easy and pleasant experience. Top marks!
