It works!
The product was delivered quickly, but at a high postage cost. The product itself seems over priced for a bit of sponge with a scourer attached. Having said that it works well.

Misleading instructions and failed to apply to discount they offered on a previous order.
Ordered from these twice on the first order it cracked so they offered a 15% off the next order. I ordered again the 15% discount wasn’t applied. Also on the installation instructions they say to use glue on the glass. We did that twice both times they cracked. We followed other people advice on not using glue and so far it’s been ok. I think they’re very misleading on the instructions so I won’t be using them again. Only reason for the 2 stars is the delivery was prompt

We do not recommend using glue on stove glass. The fitting advice we send with all our orders states "Do not use fire cement or silicone to fit the glass." We also emphasize that stove glass is ceramic, therefore it cannot be toughened. It is designed to withstand high volumes of heat, not pressure. Applying glue to the stove glass does not allow room for expansion from the stove which will cause the stove glass to crack. We also emphasize that we cannot be held responsible for the stove glass breaking once fitted. It is the customer's responsibility to fit the stove glass appropriately. We also offered you a discount as a gesture of goodwill. I would suggest reading advice more carefully in the future and I'm sorry that you feel that you received 2-star customer service from us. We work very hard to ensure all our orders are well packaged so that they get to you in one piece and in a timely manner. We offer a very relaible service and cannot be held resposible for breakages, once fitted and handled by the customer.

Fast delivery even over Christmas
Because of the time of year I thought I would have problems but no problems at all my stove glass was broken by a log falling out of the bucket on 29 Dec I ordered a replacement on 30 Dec it arrived on 31 Dec and I fitted it before lunchtime, I am really impressed with the speed of it all thanks

Perfect sized glass with no scratches, marks or annoying stickers. Only problem is how I'm going to get rid of this overload of bubble wrap...
