I purchased teh Ergonomic Butterfly Pillow which said it had a money back guarantee. I experienced the worst neck pain I have ever had and requested a refund however they only refund it it is classified as defective not an individual experience. I felt it held my head in a way that hurt my neck but how do you prove this? So in reality they say my experience is not a defective pillow so I am not eligible for a refund. They said I can get a credit to get a different pillow so I am in the process of seeing if that will work.
