I had issues with neck and shoulder…
I had issues with neck and shoulder pain. I reviewed Ultra Wellness Pillows, they appeared to be fine. However, after using it for 3 nights, my neck pain was worse.
The pillow was not as described or as pictured on Instagram. It is small and hard.
I contacted the company via email, and received excellent customer service and a refund.
Thank you for the understanding.

Don’t throw your money away on this low quality product
I purchased the 2 for 1 pillow special from Utrawellness. I really should have known better. They are small, cheap pillows made with cheap foam. There is no branding on the packaging and they don’t provide any support or relief to neck and shoulder pain. I might as well have thrown the money out the window.

The product is great
The product is great - helps to keep your neck from moving around - only had it for one night but I'm already sold. However, the delivery service was terrible took ages to arrive and then it was delivered to the incorrect address

BEST PILLOW EVER
One of the best ergonomic pillows I've ever had! Keeps your head supported to matter how you sleep - it's firm but squishy and comfy at the same time. Love it, highly recommended!

Neckmate has the perfect shapped contour for your neck whether your a front, side sleeper or not.. & also had little contours for your hands/ arms. So relaxing, the memory foam gives you the perfect support while also feeling like you've melted away into it. If you toss & turn all night the NeckMate remains at the perfect height so your spine is never at an awkard angle. Definitely been waking up without my usual crink/ sore neck. Also comes with beautiful bamboo pillowcases which keep you cool & comfortable. Absolutely love my NeckMate, definitely recommend trying it. Also has the money back, 90 night risk for trial

The pillow is comfortable, was a little difficult initially to sleep on a lower pillow, however my neck pain is now easing.

Best thing is that it's suitable for side, back or tummy sleepers coz I am all three!

The pillow felt like sleeping on a cloud that supports my neck
The pillow felt like sleeping on a cloud - so comfortable, but with support. I could sleep in any position, I didn't feel limited as I have with other orthopedic pillows, and the inbuilt arm grooves were perfectly designed. Easy to change the pillow case, which can be a bit of a pain with other pillows, and the bamboo pillow case is so soft. Great quality, would happily recommend.

Very impressed
Very impressed. Felt a positive change from night one and now 4 nights laters no looking back. Neck, shoulder and upper back pain and stiffness greatly improved and almost gone. Great product

The pillows are TINY. NOT suitable for adults!
The two pillows were miniatures and unsuitable for adults. Certainly
NOT as shown in the advertisement. I doubt they would even suit a small child. I have asked for a refund and MANY months later… I’m still waiting!!
Update- thank you for the refund. Please consider not stocking this pillow, it seems to be an ongoing issue for many.

Exceptional customer Service …
I’m rating it 4*even though the pillows didn’t suit us. The Customer Service was exceptional and when we realised after two weeks that the pillows were not going to work for us, they were very helpful and refunded us quickly.

The best ergonomic pillow I have tried
The best ergonomic pillow I have tried! really liked it. Have been using it for 2 months now and safe to say I don't like any of my other pillows anymore lol. I have tried multiple ergonomic pillows in the past to better support my sleep posture and improve my morning stiffness but none of them suited my sleeping style, especially cause I would move a lot during the night. This one from Ultra Wellness Store was perfect for me cause it was comfy and supportive no matter how much I moved or what sleeping position I was in. I also found it to be amazing at dropping my morning soreness especially for my neck and shoulders. Really like this product and would definitely recommend it!

I have had my best night sleep since using this whilst sleeping. I now wake with no shoulder pain and no yawning due to lack of sleep!

Was a wee bit dubious at first
Was a wee bit dubious at first. The first night I couldn’t get comfortable, however 6 days later couldn’t be happier with my purchase. No restless sleep and no neck pain since. Extremely relieved and definitely would recommend to anyone with doubts, give the pillow a chance, you won’t regret it!

Neck stiffness gone! True Aussie business
Ordering was simple. The delivery was prompt. The pillow is supporting my neck extremely well and I already after 2 weeks wake with less stiffness in my neck. I had one pillow replaced due to a faulty clip and the company arranged a replacement pillow without drama. I specifically purchased through this Australian business rather than buying knock offs from temu etc. Glad I stuck with Oz or my pillow would not have been replaced. I highly recommend buying through this business.

I finally received the pillows I…
I finally received the pillows I ordered. The first order didn't arrive. The lovely lady I communicated with was very kind and helpful. When I opened the package the pillows didn't look like the o e o. The add, but I thought give it a go
Well after a week is was not better. When you lay on the pillow it goes very flat and there's no neck support at all. I contacted the company and the technician said that I need time adjusting to the pillow. Well I thanked the kind lady and left it at that, but I will not recommend buying this product as it's not what is advertised.
Well I finally got a message back from the company regarding my experience and of course there is an apology, but no solution to the problem. It is now June.
An update to let people know that I got a refund. I was very surprised and grateful.
