Company use to be great but since they have announced they are closing well…
I put a order in and bow its been a whole month and still nothing i have been back and fourth with this company until the stopped replying three weeks ago telling me that the printer had broke that they use to print and i can either wait or i can have a refund i went with the refund option and now its been three weeks since i have heard from them ive tried multiple emails and now im also being ignored by ADAM i mean i only spent £60 but its the principle of it

I have now disputed it with my bank but i cant get the information to help them due to theses people being totally unhelpful i will not be supprting these guys in there new endeavours as now they lost a loyal customer

Company are scam artists, waited weeks for my order. Nothing has come nearly £200 of clothing and not even an email back about where my items are, obviously I wont be receiving them at this point. Charge back done with the bank. All over social media about "order while you can because the website is closing blah blah blah" DO NOT order from these people id give 0 stars if i could

I placed my order on 24 April 2026 and, more than six weeks later, I still have not received it.

On 19 May I was told by Adam that the final part of my order would be made the following day and that the complete order would be shipped by the weekend. Unfortunately, nothing was shipped and I have received no further updates.

Since then I have tried contacting the company multiple times via two different email addresses, their website contact form, Instagram and their published phone number. I have either received no response or have been unable to reach anyone.

I understand that small businesses can experience delays, and I was happy to be patient, but after more than six weeks and repeated unsuccessful attempts to make contact, I can no longer recommend ordering from this company.

I am now pursuing a refund through my card provider due to the goods not being delivered.

Ordered on May 15th 2026, only received the order confirmation, have had no tracking updates, nothing through the shop app. No reply to emails, or contact forms via their website.
Will be waiting the 14 days from initial contact and then disputing the charge with the bank if I have not heard anything.
Very disappointed as met some of the Team at OFFSET Cornwall and they were great.

ordered t-shirts! never arrived!

Ordered items from drivers hq that came within 5 working days, one of the items was from strictly static numerous messages from drivers hq to strictly static still took over 3 weeks to arrive. This guy is a joke should be removed from DRIVERS HQ as giving them a bad name

Scam. My mother spent $56 on a Honda civic printed skate deck, and they went silent after they took her money and refused to refund her. Do not buy from them.

Absolutely appalling delivery from this company, I made and order a 3 weeks ago expecting to arrive within 5 days at least (48hr tracked postage) still absolutely nothing has been received as of 20th July, 4 lots of emails got a reply for the first one saying it was being sent that day and still 2 weeks later nothing.
It has arrived on the 21st of July

Scam. Avoid.
Never received the item.

Purchased a jumper from here, they had not emailed me or sent a text regarding a tracking number and did not reply to emails. it eventually arrived after a month of waiting

Never received items or response it’s been a month. $150…….gone

Kinda disappointed, considering I emailed them three separate times and couldn’t even get a reassuring email back… idk if this site is fake or what, but I’m baffled by them asking for a review for their site with out receiving a single thing from them but that they took my money.. will not order from here again..

Ordered a month ago, still no delivery.
Emailed several times now and no reply, none of the social media pages accept messages so stuck without my money or order.

I made a pig purchase and used the wrong payment of method.I contacted the store via email they informed me they can refund my money but it would take 5 days I said ok.5 days later I still didn’t get the money so i reached out and told at this point I just wanted my order.adam informed me it was in the warehouse getting printed.im still waiting for a response, my money , or my order.

Still don’t have my car mats been over 14 days

It wasn't clear how long I would be waiting for the things I ordered until I'd already paid. On the same day I ordered from HardTuned in Australia. 7 days later it arrived, meanwhile my StrictlyStatic order hasn't been posted out yet. I've given 2 stars instead of one because at least the info was given, but if I'd known I'd be waiting so many weeks I wouldn't have ordered. Hopefully the quality makes up for it.

I haven't received my order yet. And I have to download an app and make an account to just track the shipping.

So we ordered from this site on 29 December 2023 and eventually after lots of complaints and PayPal dispute received it on the 27 January 2024. Even though we eventually received it, we wouldn’t buy from them again.
