This company is an illegal one, they take money via your phone bill, by you simply looking at a sms text they have sent you, they also seem to target o2/tesco customers

This company should have zero rating. It ought to be investigated for possible fraudulent activity. Premium rate emails are charged to receiver for services never clearly specified. Three charges can be taken by them per week amounting to £18 a month.
This is obviously a bot which, unknown to you, subscribes your email to the «service» of taking your money.
Get your mobile service provider to zero all other payments than those for their own telecom service.

Absolutely disgusting. Was charged £18 for 12 premium texts September/October. Virgin deducted from bill. Blocked all texts/messages from this number. Just got latest bill and charged £19.50 for 13 premium texts which did not show in text messages. Virgin refusing to adjust bill as they only adjust for the first claim. Spoke to very rude tele advisor waiting for Supervisor to call back. Will close Virgin account and change number if no joy.

Like every other reviewer I thought I was signing up for something else! I was immediately bombarded by texts costing £1.25 each but fortunately I have set a limit on my mobile account. The company website says you’re entitled to a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of signing up. So I contacted them and was told I’d get a text which I can take to the post office to get a cash refund! UPDATE: text arrived and my money was refunded.

SCAM alert- these guys set up a link within a fake Royal Mail tracking site which comes up above Royal Mail in Google search. Not only will they not track your package, but they get £4.50 off your phone before you can blink. Evil. Take it slow so you don’t get caught!

Like others I thought I was completing a customer satisfaction survey, in my case for Tesco. I realised in minutes it was a scam and both texted and telephoned to cancel. Fortunately I only have a £3 limit on my mobile account and they took this within seconds! I tried to speak to them regarding their promise to refund any charges taken but the promised call back never came!

I have no idea how these scammers got my details. I first noticed £12-50 premium text service on my mobile bill. I then got a text telling me if I want to unsubscribe I should text stop to 88222. I found their website and cancelled from there.

My wife got scammed by these it cost her £12 and she just received texts containing nothing of any use. Robbing b***ards like these need horse whipping 🤯

Thought I was filling in a customer survey for Tacobell then got charged very quickly by them, rang virgin who advised me to add them in contacts then immediately block them so no more money will be taken out.

i thought I was completing a customer satisfaction survey for boots and immediately received loads of messages - very disappointed by boots and stripey and not sure how to stop this - I understand from previous comments that I am now paying for this and I haven’t been able to complete the customer satisfaction survey - clearly this is a scam

Scam, Should be arrested. I thought I was signing up to Twitter. Why are the authorities ignoring this obviously criminal activity!

SCAM ALERT! I don’t know how this is legal! Thought I was about to complete a survey for Boots online following a flu jab. Green pop up appeared and asked me to enter my email and mobile number, which I assumed was for verification purposes and within seconds I started receiving texts and emails. It took me less than a minute to realise what had happened and text STOP. Too late had already been sent 3 absolutely rubbish text messages at a cost of £4.50. Shortly after I also started receiving lots of spam emails….coincidence or they had sold my email address on???

this is a scam - there is no mention of being charged and you have no idea you have joined tillits too late i thought i was joining DPD to get updates for my delivery

I was completing a M&S customer survey and the minute I entered my email and phone number I was bombarded by emails and texts for stripey giraffe .
Emails go straight to Junk so it was some time before I realised they were Stealing £4.50 a week
Surely these people can be stopped . This is THEFT

i cant even remember how I'd even subscribed to this and its only upon checking my mobile bill that i discovered £1.50 going onto my monthly amount totalling £18.00.
I'm pretty good at avoiding scams but got bitten with this one. Going to try my best to get my money returned from this scam.
Beware of Stripey offers

This is a SCAM, been sending premium rate texts to my daughters phone at £1.25 a go, she has no idea how she got signed up to it. Should be shut down!

They sent messages with £??. Had no idea why then had £10 more on my mobile phone bill. No idea why they more or less billed me. Now having difficulty leaving them (not actually aware I had joined them) as do not wish to give them more money.

I didn't knowingly sign up to them, my phone company said there is often a hidden box in an enquiry totally unrelated and to avoid entering phone number on online forms where possible. My bill cap was set at £5 so that didn't stop them getting their £4.50. I am going to drop cap to 0 after this. I messaged to cancel, (found contact details on line),and sent a complaint. Didn't use the text stop option in case that cost too. I have had confirmation of cancellation, but know complaint will not be answered. I have also logged a complaint with my phone company...

Be very careful with Stripey Offers, I was completely unaware that I had signed up for their service. I was diverted from a service provider site without knowing it! The marketing texts you receive from them are charged at £1.50 a time (capped at £4.50 a week) unless you stop them, they're easily ignored as junk so be careful, I had £20 worth charged to my phone bill before I realised and cancelled.
