It was not entirely bad experience at the beginning when they collected the money.

Some support was given hence 2 stars.

There is a reason why they are NOT TRUSTED provider by some prominent clients.

How I got my money back - please read

I joined to study PRINCE2 agile which was fine till I applied for the exam and like many others I was ignored by study365! I therefore contacted peoplecert, the exam provider and they replied “Imperial Learning, also trading as 1Training, study365 and Global Edulink, is no longer a partner of PeopleCert. We investigate candidates’ complaints/reports and, as a gesture of good will, we are willing to issue the voucher they validly paid for”.
I therefore recommend you contact the exam provider as this is proof you will never get an exam code from study365 as they no longer work together. They also provided me with an exam voucher as a gesture of goodwill so I never lost out on the end.

Also contact the bank or card provider you paid with and raise a section 75/chargeback. They have 45 days to respond or provide you with an exam voucher (which they can’t) so you will be refunded. If the bank will not refund then go to the financial ombudsman. I was fully refunded in less than 2 months. Study365 tried to reject my claim but they didn’t stand a chance as they tried to use all fake evidence and fake proof which I proved. It is unbelievable how corrupt they are!
Also contact trading standards, the more people that do this the more chance of shutting this down to avoid other people losing money.

No Exam Vouchers and No Response
I have been trying to obtain my exam voucher codes for the past 1.5 months with no response to calls, Whatspp message and emails. This is very disappointing for me and looks a fake scam. Requesting to Study 365, please provide my exam voucher in order to complete my course.

I recently completed the Zen teaching and personal development level 3 course. i have to say the course content & presentation was outstanding. in addition the support from the service team was prompt and second to none. i loved the certificate aa well.

Total scammers been stringing me along for 2 years

Ive bought Prince2 course from them April 2023 when it came to exam it was impossible to book in a reasonable time. They offered me another year on the latest Prince2 course that i completed in November and have not been able to get an exam all my emails and request are ignored phone calls do not get answered i will be reporting this as Fraud as you have stolen not only £500 but months of my time

I have been unable to complete my course for over a year due to a 'Technical Issue' with the exam booking, initially this wasn't a problem as I appreciate these things happen. However I have emailed Study365 numerous times since September 2024 for an update and I have received nothing back. None of my calls through to Customer Service are getting answered and I have tried the WhatsApp messaging where messages get read and no response. Hence me calling this a scam - I would also like to note Study365 send emails to their users to leave a review in exchange for a free course (which is against the Trust Pilots policy), which of course encourages the users to leave 5* reviews. On that note I would like to point out the 10% 1* reviews are not to be ignored and I would heavily encourage you to look elsewhere maybe a recommendation of Udemy to get you started!

I had a terrible experience with 365. I paid for a payment plan and was making my monthly payments diligently, yet they refused to release my exam voucher. Their communication is appalling—I often had to call repeatedly for days before anyone answered, and even then, they were unhelpful.

When I requested my voucher, they asked me to fill out a form, which I did immediately. I then received an email saying I’d have to wait a month for the voucher. After patiently waiting, I heard nothing from them. I sent several emails and reminders, but none of them were acknowledged. Their phone lines were suddenly unreachable, and even WhatsApp messages were read but ignored.

This company appears to lack integrity and professionalism. Based on my experience and many similar reviews online, I strongly advise avoiding 365. The company is a scam, and I regret trusting them with my money.

DO NOT USE STUDY 365

I originally wrote a 1 star review in July 2024, as I had not received a Certificate for the Level 4 Management and Leadership course I completed and I was frustrated that I was not receiving a timely response/update regarding this from Study 365.

Study 365 responded to my review in August 2024 stating that they were sorry for the delay and the lack of communication and a member of their team would contact me to resolve the issue.

It is now January 2025 and the issue still has not been resolved and Study 365 have not responded to any of my recent emails. I still have not received a Certificate for this course and I am incredibly frustrated that for several months I have been inconvenienced by them and lied to everytime I request an update.

DO NOT USE STUDY 365, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE ANY CERTIFICATION OR RESPONSE TO YOUR QUERIES. THEY HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROVIDE ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT.

No Exam Vouchers, No Response, No Refund

Like other reviewers I have paid (in full) for a course including exams (MSP). I have been trying to obtain my exam voucher codes for the past 3 months with no response to calls and emails. I have also had no response to requests for a refund due to being seemingly unable to obtain the exam vouchers. I am seriously concerned that this provider is in fact a scam and has no intention of providing the vouchers or a refund. I have paid close to £1000. I would say avoid Study365 at all costs. I am now trying to resolve getting my money back via my credit card provider.

Study365 has regularly ignored my…

Study365 has regularly ignored my emails and calls. Noticed all calls go to voicemail and they never called back even after l left voicemail twice. I have sent 6 emails to follow up with a voucher code for my exam and didn’t get any reply. My organisation has been asking for this exam be completed but until now study365 ignore and never provided any voucher code. Just if you are looking for a professional course I would advise you try elsewhere as something is not right at the moment

Being ignored isn’t good customer service..

I would like to raise a concern regarding a payment issue for a course that cost over £500. The payment was taken twice, and when I noticed the error, instead of requesting an immediate refund, I opted to be transferred to another course. Initially, this was agreed upon, but the process has since become unnecessarily complicated. I was passed between multiple contacts, and despite over two months of email correspondence, I have still not been transferred to the new course. To make matters worse, my last four emails have gone unanswered, leaving me £1,000 out of pocket with no resolution in sight.

I approached this matter cooperatively from the outset and even left a review for one of their free courses that was included with my purchase. The quality of the course I originally purchased was not up to standard, so instead of requesting a refund, I simply asked to be transferred. The willingness to accommodate has not been met with the same level of professionalism or responsiveness.

I would appreciate immediate attention to resolve this matter.
