My experience has been GREAT! So surprised to read of other bad ones.
Wow, I was so surprised to see all the negative reviews here! I came here to post after an exceptionally good experience just now.
I ordered several pairs of shoes a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, I got unlucky with sizes, nothing fitted (although the shoes themselves were great quality, and arrived in a timely fashion).
Processing return labels was quick and simple. I returned the packages the next day to my local PO. Over a week later, and tracking tells me one big package is sitting there!
AusPost tells me there is nothing I can do for another 10 days. Getting close to the 30 day return deadline! So I got onto online chat with Styletread. (This is the second time I have contacted them through chat, the first with a specific shoe question).
Response was fast both times. I explained the situation when I got to a "live human". Within minutes, I was told that because my parcel was lodged and tracked with AusPost, they would go ahead and refund anyway. Within 1-5 business days.
I go to my online banking to check something else out. And good heavens - the refund is there already! I don't know how much better it can get :)
PS - I just received a phone call from A Real Live (and friendly) person, in response to a text I sent to their online phone number. Follow up after less than 30 mins of sending. Heaven knows why my experience has been so very different to others here, but I'm one happy bunny with Styletread.

DISGRACEFUL EXPERIENCE
Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
I placed an order almost a week ago—money was taken immediately, but I’ve received nothing in return. No confirmation, no shipping update, no parcel. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times with zero response. There’s no phone number, no proper way to reach a human.
It honestly feels like they’ve stolen my money.
This is beyond poor service—it’s borderline scammy. Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy being ignored and ripped off.

Paid 5x postage for 1 pair of shoes
I bought a pair of django and juliette shoes, they were toosmall, even though I normally wear that size,
So I posted them back at my expense.
Then I bthee size up, they sent me the wrong size, the box size was right but the wrong shoes were inside, they have me a hard time about it but took them back, and I had to pay postage for that again, I really wanted the shoes, they were on sale so I repurchased in the size i wanted, had to pay more postage.
Finally I got the right size but I paid for postage 5 times!!!! Including for thier mistakes!! I won't deal with them again

The marcelina blk leath-lycra boots I ordered were described well on the website including the sizing guide. They were received well within the delivery timeframe. The ordering experience was user friendly and easy.

My online order never arrived
My online order never arrived, which I paid via Afterpay. I have lost count of the number of emails I have sent - possibly over ten emails in all. It turns out they received the payment from Afterpay, however, their "system" did not generate the order I placed, therefore, no shoes. They are going to "attempt" to refund Afterpay. Lack of service, lack of response and lack of care. Dreadful company. Will never use them again. Be warned.
Avoid Styletread and purchase elsewhere
Courier did not even bother to deliver. Business opens 9-5pm and courier turns up at 4:30pm and rerouteds my order to another Post Office further away from me.
I am a frequent online shopper and this is the first time this has happened.
Styletread offers a discount code for a future order. I requested to have a $20 discount refunded to my current order they refused. Response is also slow, it takes over a week to receive a response.
Why in earth will I be purchasing from Styletread again? No thanks. I will be taking my purchases elsewhere.

No delivery, no response emails or sms
I have used Styletread for the past 10 years and never, ever had a problem with them, have had wonderful service over the years. Since they closed Cinori (all under the Munro group), they really don't care whether they supply shoes or not. I placed an order on 16/1/25, (13 days ago) haven't heard anything to date. No shoes, no response to emails, no response to sms. Still waiting.

REFUNDS
Trying to get in touch regarding my refund. Phones are not being answered. They tell you to email and no answer. Even called Munro Group and they are not answering. No communication whatsoever. They need to add more staff so customers can be attended too. So slack!!!
Quick delivery, fragmented return
Quick delivery, appropriate packaging and good pricing.
Return was free but communication and return process was very fragmented. I had to make several contacts to get the email return form to be sent. Contact is all via SMS and email, no direct contact via phone.
Outcome was good.
Update
Update on my yesterday's post. My third pair of shoes from my order arrived today. They were sent through Styletread as opposed to the first 2 pairs which had Williams on the packaging. This must be a third party they are using and thus the 2 delivery dates. Styletread could save themselves some negative reviews by keeping customers informed and having their chat bot working and an easily accessible phone contact to talk with a human. As previously stated I did not receive confirmation of my order as was usual for past orders for which I had been extremely satisfied. I did not enjoy the worry thinking I may have been out of pocket for the third pair. A slightly relieved customer.
Disappointed
I also have a complaint about not receiving a confirmation email of my order. The money was taken from my account at the time of ordering.
I was thrilled when yesterday my delivery arrived via Australia Post but was disappointed when only two of the three pairs of shoes ordered were in the delivery which arrived in 2 packages. I looked for a number to ring and ended up messaging for which I received an automated reply saying they are quite busy and given a customer number. I wonder why the parcels delivered did not have some sort of message contained to inform me why I haven't received the third pair of shoes? After reading the above comments this is what has prompted me to do this review.
I have in the past been very satisfied with this company but am now worried I may not receive the 3rd pair of shoes, a refund if in fact they are not in stock or correspondence saying why they have not arrived.
I have since found what I think might be a direct number to phone, but it says it operates between 9 and 5 p.m. so I will try again tomorrow. I am hoping for a good outcome but find it interesting that so many people are having to write negative reviews due to poor customer service. I will be most disappointed if I do not get a good outcome and will if this happens not be ordering from Style Tread again.
Do not buy from Styletread
Do not buy from Styletread. They will send you your shoes with no problem but if something doesn't fit and you need to return them for a refund, they will never respond to you. I returned a pair of shoes recently and I would have sent them at least seven emails with a receipt saying they have received my shoes back in their warehouse but no one ever responds. I can pretty much kiss that money goodbye because they will ignore me until the end of time. Please be extremely careful when buying from Styletread, you will never get your money back if you return a pair of shoes.

DO NOT order from Styletread! I placed an order for a pair of sandals that were 'supposedly in stock' as per website. My payment was taken immediately from my card, on the 16/11/202. On 22/11/2024 I emailed Styletread as I had not received my order, yet I live in Sydney metropolitan area where they are located. I receive an email back telling me my order is being processed and once it is dispatched I'll receive further correspondence. On 9/12/2024 I still hadn't received my order so I SMS Styletread. I get an automated message back with a 'ticket number' saying someone will contact me. By that same afternoon I became sick of false promises and finally made a phonecall to Styletread, where eventually my call was answered by a human and not automated replier. The lady I spoke to seemed helpful giving me insite into my order and was apologetic that my order couldn't be fulfilled due to lack of stock and inaccurate/not updated website. I accepted the outcome and reiterated that in that case I would like my refund. I was assured that it would be processed immediately and within 7 business days the money would be back in my account. Styletread even sent me an immediate email and SMS confirming this whilst I was on the phone to the worker. TO DATE 26/12/2024 I AM STILL AWAITING MY REFUND!
