Your order was placed on Sunday and our quoted processing timeframe is 5–7 working days, so your order was still well within the expected timeframe and was being processed as normal.
That said, we completely understand that you no longer wish to wait. As requested, we have now cancelled your order and issued a full refund.

The seller is completely ignoring my emails and is not providing any information on the progress of the matter.
On 20 August 2026, I placed an order with Subscents. The seller promised delivery within 5–7 working days, meaning the order should have arrived by 27–28 August at the latest. However, the order status remains ‘Awaiting details’, and it has still not been dispatched. I have tried to contact the seller on several occasions: the first time on 24 August, and most recently today, 29 August. The seller is completely ignoring my emails and is not providing any information on the progress of the order.

The product was okay
The product was okay, the only thing was the top had not been secured & by the time I opened the packaging three quarters of the product was swishing around the packaging. Very disappointing.

Hi, we're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your purchase.
To clarify, our samples are not counterfeit. We simply decant genuine fragrance from the original manufacturer's bottle into sterile plastic spray atomisers, so the juice itself is exactly the same as the original.
There are a few reasons why a fragrance may smell different. Store testers can sometimes differ slightly depending on how long they've been exposed to air and light, and fragrances can also smell different when first sprayed from a new atomiser. In addition, factors such as skin chemistry, recent reformulations by the manufacturer, or even expectations after trying a scent in-store can affect how a fragrance is perceived.
If you believe there may be an issue with your sample, we'd be happy to look into it. Please get in touch with us directly so we can help.

Paid via PayPal AND LOW AND BEHOLD, THEY SET UP AN AUTOMATIC PAYMENT FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR AGREEMENT.
Fraudulent company. Do not use.

Hi, we're sorry to hear about your experience and that you hadn't seen our previous email. We did send an order confirmation by email, but we apologise if it didn't reach your inbox or was missed.
As a PayPal case was opened, your order has now been cancelled and a full refund has been processed in line with PayPal's process.
Regarding the PayPal automatic payment, this is a billing agreement managed by PayPal when you choose certain checkout options. We do not create or control these agreements ourselves. If you no longer wish to have it in place, you can cancel it directly from your PayPal account settings.
We're sorry for the frustration this has caused and wish you all the best.
Perfume sample
I ordered a sample which, when it arrived, I couldn’t use, as the atomiser bottle wouldn’t work. I wrote to the company to inform them of this and got a very quick response apologising and saying they’d sent me a replacement, which has arrived today. Thank you!
