The Peak Light-Up Award is made from clear acrylic and is intentionally designed as a lightweight desktop recognition piece. Because it uses thin acrylic panels to create the illuminated effect, it has a different feel than a solid crystal or thick acrylic award.
We also understand that judging size from photos can be difficult. That's why the product dimensions and material are clearly listed in the product description to help customers make an informed decision. We appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to better represent product scale in our photography.

Was not clear what it would look like
It wasn't clear how the keychains I ordered were going to look. I expected the writing to be on the back and it was on the front very tiny. You couldn't even read it without a magnifying glass.
