The journals I ordered arrived on time. Unfortunately, the imprint on the cover was crooked and way off-center on every journal. When I reached out for assistance, I was told that the journals were printed correctly and that Successories "cannot guarantee the exact placement of the approved artwork," and was basically told to have a nice day. I won't be ordering from this company again.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the journals.
After reviewing the photos, we agree the imprint was positioned differently than you expected. The artwork was centered within the printable area to the left of the elastic band, rather than across the full width of the journal. While the imprint itself is clean and well executed, we understand why you expected it to be centered on the cover as a whole.
These journals are individually imprinted by hand, so slight placement variation is inherent to the production process. That said, we appreciate your feedback and recognize that our communication could have better explained how artwork is positioned on this product.
We regret that we were unable to offer the resolution you were hoping for and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.

Great company
Your prices are fair, product ships quickly and we were incredibly happy with it when we received it. Customer service does great with letting you know every step of the process. Would absolutely recommend your company!

Item wasn't engraved
The ordering process was a little confusing, but past that, I received the item I ordered completely blank, without any personalized engraving. This caused us to miss having the item for our special event. I had also paid for expedited shipping. The customer service representive was helpful and very nice, but it didn't solve the problem of the missed event. We even had to go through the hassle of sending the incorrect item back to Successories.

After reviewing your order, it appears the vase was ordered without personalization. As a result, the blank vase was shipped exactly as ordered. Once we learned of the issue, our customer service team immediately began arranging a replacement with the requested engraving.
Because the original vase was not defective, we did ask that it be returned as part of the exchange process. We understand this added inconvenience, and we're sorry the timing meant the replacement couldn't arrive in time for your event. We appreciate your kind words about our customer service representative and regret that we couldn't change the outcome for your special occasion.
what didn't go wrong
what didn't go wrong? lack of communication or care on the customer service side. cheap back packs, sent the wrong watches, a fight to get the right ones. like for my first order from you guys.. you DID NOT get a returning customer from me.

We understand your disappointment with the original backpack order, as it didn't meet your expectations. We issued a credit so you could try us again in the future.
Regarding the watches, the manufacturer shipped the incorrect style. As soon as the issue was identified, we worked to get the correct watches to you. The only requirement was that the incorrect watches be returned so the manufacturer could complete the exchange. We understand that this added inconvenience and frustration, and we sincerely apologize.
While we're disappointed we weren't able to earn your long-term business, we appreciate the opportunity and wish you all the best.
