Just two flaws
The pool is great. However there is two flaws. firstly The pool cover is way too small. Whatever way we turned it the pool cover would not fit. Secondly, the plastic nuts easily brake. My child tried to climb the ladder and quite a few of the nuts flew off.we had to go to buy metal nuts as a replacement. Other than that it is perfectly fine.

The covers are packaged with the product they are the correct size for. We have had reports the covers are quite tight to put on initially but this should get easier. If you have a few people to assist the first time, this should help.

Bought a lay z spa palm springs which is great, at a very good price. Delivery company were not good but Jane at sunshine pools customer service sorted it all out, so overall great experience.

Excellent communication and dispatch…
Excellent communication and dispatch was very quick. Product as described. Issue with delivery company "losing" the 41kg package. They were poor so emailed sunshine pools, they chased the company and dispatched a relacement as soon as they found out it had been "lost". My adviced, change the delivery company you use before they ruin your reputation.

We are sorry the original consignment was lost by the courier but are pleased we could get a second despatched to fulfil your order.
We only have a small number of couriers to choose from, as the packages are so heavy, they cannot travel through a lot of networks.

Good but…
Quick and easy service and delivery but the tube that came with the splash tower had all the connections put on the wrong way round and it has been glued so we can't move it.

Brilliant pool
Brilliant pool. Quick, efficient delivery.
So good to have a pool we can all fit in and actually swim. Vey good pump, everything seems very well made and easy to set up. The only thing is, the cover doesn't stay on. It's a pity they don't include some clips.

We bought the Intex 16' 6" x 9' x 48"…
We bought the Intex 16' 6" x 9' x 48" Prism Frame™ Oval Above Ground Swimming Pool with Filter Pump and Accessories and it is amazing. Easy to out together, although the ladder was a little confusing. The quality of the pool and the accessories is very good.
The service from sunshine pools was fantastic too. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely first class
Must be on level ground otherwise posts sink into the ground and you risk breaking the main ring. Down side is it took 30 hrs to fill it, but the children absolutely love it.

We do recommend to read the instructions thoroughly, which recommend they are set up on level, compact ground.
Fillings the item is dependable on water pressure and size of product, so some may take longer than others.

Got a Best ways pool
Got a Best ways pool. From them. Good product and very good customer service. I would certainly use
them again. The only thing I would say is they should use better couriers. The current ones are very poor and letting a good company down.

N/B: Thank you for your kind words. Unfortunately, we can only use certain couriers, as the products are very heavy. We are always looking for alternatives to give our customers the best service.
Bad communication, don't bother
Ordered a mount splashmore water slide as it was on offer and delivery time was 2 working days. This was the 15th July. By the 21st July I still hadn't received the item despite having a tracking number and confirmation of dispatch. I contacted Sunshine Pools on the 20th and they said there had been a hold up and it would definitely be with me by the 22nd at the latest. I still hadn't received the item or any communication / apology by the 25th, so I cancelled my order and requested a refund. I don't even think the item was in stock or perhaps they no longer wanted to sell it at that price. I ordered from the company due to its excellent reviews. I don't think it lives it to it's reputation at all.

I am sorry that your order was delayed in reaching you, it was despatched on time on 18th July on a 2 working day delivery service. I can see that you contacted us via our web chat on 21st July for an update at which point we investigated the delay with the courier. They informed us that there had been an issue within the network which meant your order was delayed in reaching your delivery depot. We were informed that the order should be out for delivery by 22nd July. However, as we use a 3rd party courier company, we have no control over when deliveries are made and regrettably your order was not put out for delivery when we were informed it would be.
Once we saw that the delivery hadn't been made on the Friday, we communicated with you on Monday 25th July to rectify the issue and I can see that as the courier was unable to deliver the item to you a full refund was processed.
We are very sorry that you did not have a positive experience with us, we pride ourselves on our customer service and I apologise that your experience with the courier fell below par this time.
