It is very useful that Sunshine Solar provide products for all of the specific requirements of solar panel installations for domestic customers. I had some questions about wiring and was very pleased at being able to phone an operative who was able to spend 15 or 20 minutes discussing and recommending solutions.
I have had some deliveries of relatively light weight items and the cost to Inverness city (the capital of the Scottish Highland mainland) added an extra 50% to the cost, which was disappointing.

Lots of information on the website. I telephoned to discuss, placed the order over the phone and scheduled dispatch for the day we returned from holiday. It arrived the next day. Excellent service.
Installation was straight forward as well. What's not to like!?

Ordered at weekend and the solar panel and ancillaries were dispatched on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday. Easy to track delivery as was by Parcel Force not a less reliable courier.

Easy to use website and package arrived on time and at a good price. Unfortunately one item(the adhesive) was missing from the order, no worries though as mistakes will sometimes happen. One quick phone call to a very helpful person and the adhesive arrived the next day. Great service, recommended as it's not always so easy to get to speak to an actual person with questions or queries.

Really good telephone advice which helped me in my choice of solar panel. The agent also went beyond requirements and gave me advice useful for my unique installation project.

Absolutely never use these again first order arrived smashed promised me a second delivery would be here today between 8 am and 5pm so went in to work on my day off and nothing came tracked my item that’s meant to be here it’s in Norwich and am in wirral fuming is an understatement

Was recommended to Sunshine solar. As I know very little about electrics etc., I sent a email outlining my problem and asking if they could help at all. Received a very helpful and friendly email back from them answering my questions and explaining what I needed.
Placed and order which was duly delivered. I had to follow up with another email asking for further advice/help and that was duly answered and sorted.

Delivered quickly and well packed. Nice unit. There were two recent localised power outages in our area, each affecting a handful of houses, but taking a while to fix, caused by faults to aging underground cables. So this backup 300w inverter could power our freezer for a day or two off car battery, or could also switch it to our WiFi or other low power appliances as needed. It functioned well on a test with the freezer, which clear advice said needs full sine wave power.
