Installation went very smoothly despite initial concerns about change of plan and unusual site position.
All my questions were answered by Steve and Rob and refund on side panels not used promised.

The fitting team who arrived to fit the gazebo were excellent. They were clean and very professional. Happy to answer questions and made sure we were happy before and during. Once completed they took time to explain functionality and best care practices. Great team work. Thank you Steve and Rob.

It is a great product, which my landscapers commented was quite simple to install. I think I've achieved high quality and longevity, for a good/fair price.

I would highly recommend purchasing a pergola from SUNS Lifestyle. The whole team have been great throughout from ordering to fitting. Mark from the sales team helped me select the correct pergola for my project. Brent and Steve who assembled my pergola were great on the day. Also Alison in the office in organising my fitting date.

I would like to call out Brent who went the extra mile. He came out to do a site survey before I had ordered and made me feel comfortable with the product. Went through everything on my options, as I had a challenging element to were I was putting the pergola. Brent came up with a solution for me, which was great. He also worked around my electrician who was fitting the heaters. And came back on his day off to complete the pergola after the electrician had finished.

Overall, a great experience throughout my purchase from the SUNS team and great customer service also. Especially from Brent.

From the very start reporting to yourselves, Natasha and Alison, our issues, too the engineers coming out was very speedily and faultlessly executed. Their communications and updates were very informative and thorough, and kept us informed off their arrival times. Brent corrected our issues without any problems and gave us some appreciated aftercare advice and tips. Many thanks for a superb aftercare service & warranty you do. I will always thoroughly recommend yourselves for outstanding quality and workmanship. We look forward to treating ourselves to some of your luxurious summer outdoor furniture in the near future. The install team were very punctual and communicated with me throughout the process answering all questions I had and provided me clear options as appropriate. Even though they were unable to seal my pergola against the wall due to the uneven stones, they made sure I got refunded the unused sealing kit and gave me ideas to stop any rain entering. A great experience.

Brilliant service from first contact through to installation. Craig (Scotland installer) was awesome; timeliness, tidiness and manner throughout installation was first class and professionalism personified.

I never usually write reviews but i have been so impressed with the service, quality and installation of the pergola I purchased! From start to finish, everyone went above and beyond to find me a pergola that fitted against the house. It looks brilliant and I'm thrilled to bits! All the team were friendly and professional and it was fitted within a couple of weeks from ordering - a lot quicker than I expected. Thank you to all involved but particularly Steve, Dan and Rowan for going out of their way to find a solution that worked and installed it quickly and a special thank you to Natasha for her amazing customer service. Installation team (Glenn and Marius) were on time, and did a great job installing the pergola. They were focused and just got on with the job - consulting with me along the way to make sure that everything was just as I wanted it to be. I am so glad that I paid for the installation - it was worth every penny. A pleasure having them here - so conscientious.

We thoroughly researched pergolas and decided upon Suns Lifestyle because of their quality (viewing in their showroom the difference between those in garden centres, etc clearly evident), installation service and positive reviews, and we are very pleased. Steve and Danny did a great job installing, and were friendly and helpful. It looks great - waiting for weather to improve so we can use it :-).

Good advice at time of purchase and very helpful in organising a convenient delivery date. Steve and Rowan turned up on time for the install. They were polite and had good knowledge of the product. They also managed to complete the job despite the storm at the time.
