My son recently attended the Chelsea FC Football Camp run by SuperCamps and had such a brilliant experience.

The coaching was excellent throughout. The sessions were fun, energetic and engaging, with a great balance between developing football skills and making sure everyone enjoyed themselves. I was particularly impressed by how positively the coaches managed the boys, keeping behaviour in check while reinforcing values such as teamwork, respect and good sportsmanship.

A special mention has to go to Coach Alfie, who was fantastic. He was friendly, enthusiastic and encouraging, and really helped make the camp such a positive and memorable experience for my son.

Communication was excellent and everything felt very well organised from start to finish. My son came home each day full of enthusiasm and absolutely loved his time at the camp. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return!

My children recently attended the Chelsea FC Football Camp run by SuperCamps. They both had the best experience. The coaches were great - friendly, lots of energy and humour, but seemed to manage all the boys really well, staying on top of any behaviour. They gave the boys lots of tips/skills but stayed positive and reinforced important sporting values. Communication from SuperCamps and the coaches was excelllent, and it seemed well organised.

Super Camps exceeded our expectations!
​I can’t recommend Super Camps enough! Sending my 5 and 7-year-old was a smooth and reassuring experience from start to finish. Clear, detailed communication before the camp started meant we knew exactly what to expect, and the staff on site were fantastic at keeping in touch and providing personal feedback.
​The activities were super varied and kept both kids completely engaged, they particularly loved swimming every session, the bouncy castles, heading into the forest, playing games and all the creative arts and crafts. It was evident how much care the team puts into creating a safe, energetic, and safe environment. They came home every day buzzing about what they’d done. Thank you to the whole team!

Both my children have attended regularly this summer.
I love the age groupings to make sure they are doing engaging activities for their age.
Everyday is different, and they come home so excited to tell me the new activities they have done.
The timetable at the front desk allows me ask specific questions about their day too!

I could not recommend SuperCamps enough! The team at Abingdon School are fantastic. My 5 year old son has had so much fun and gets to try something new each day. He’s so excited to back again!

Both attended last summer and returned again this year. Loved the variety of activities and staff were super helpful onsite and in head office. Look forward to many returns ⭐

If I could give a zero I would. My child attends supercamps at Glenesk school, the swimming program advertised hasn’t and won’t be run.

More concerningly my child is of a young age and the toiletting facilities were absolutely filthy and covered in waste, in a highly transmissible germ environment.

Ratios of children were all mixed in, in differing inappropriate age groups.

After a formal complaint ive had no communication from Supercamps about a serious matter of cleanliness. When Supercamps staff were questioned they advised they didn’t have time to clean the toilets

I would not recommend this summer camp to anyone, and I certainly would not recommend it to any friend who asked for my advice.

We have experience with children’s clubs and holiday camps in China and Luxembourg. This was our first summer camp in London, and it was by far the most disappointing.

Reasons:
• No activity schedule. Parents are not told the week’s programme in advance. Every day we had to ask what our child needed to bring for the next day, and the information was often incomplete or incorrect.
• Poor organisation. During water play, children without spare clothes were made to wear fluffy animal costumes instead.
• Serious safeguarding failure. My child was left behind alone after getting changed and was forgotten by staff. She waited for a long time until someone eventually found her and took her to lunch. She was terrified, believed she was lost, and could not sleep that night.
• No transparency or accountability. The camp never informed us that this had happened. We only found out from our daughter. Even after we contacted the manager, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the seriousness of the incident.

Staff in head office were really helpful, my daughter can’t wait to go back to camp!

My step-daughter always has a fantastic time at SuperCamps - The Godolphin School! She always comes home very happy and meets lots of new friends!

We booked our children into the multi-activity club at one of their sites near us and had expected it to offer something exceptional given the exceptionally high price. We found that it doesn't really offer anything that most other clubs in the area do not offer (other than maybe swimming which is available at some other holiday clubs). The staff are generally friendly with one or two rude ones and my children did enjoy their days, but really were just as happy here as they are at any of the other clubs we have tried.
We didn't really feel the significantly higher prices added any value to the offering. There are other clubs in the area that are more reasonably priced and have access to an on site or nearby pool, if that is your thing. To book a day at our local club this summer will cost £62 per day with £7.50 for 8-9am and then another £7.50 for 5-6pm, so £77 for 8am-6pm (this is outside London). I have two children and they offer no sibling discount, so £154 per day. We were able to have a discount last time we booked, but even then it was still more expensive than other local clubs. Other clubs in the area charge considerably less and the one we are considering using is £30 per day plus £6 for extended care, they also offer a sibling discount. We would pay £68.40 per day for two children and that includes access to a swimming pool and fantastic facilities. I am amazed SuperCamps are still in business given what they charge! My advice is to shop around and only use SuperCamps if there is nothing else in your area and you are desperate!

Poor handling of staff by SuperCamps Head Office, particularly Timothy Hind, who seems to hide behind email and WhatsApp communication rather than speaking directly to staff.

Staff are booked to work, timings are agreed, and contracts are signed — yet almost without exception those contracts are later changed once or even twice before the working week begins. These changes nearly always reduce the number of days offered, often at very late notice, leaving staff with little or no opportunity to secure alternative income.

Attempts to speak with someone /Timothy at Head Office are frustratingly difficult, as calls simply go unanswered or are not accepted.

SuperCamps, your staff deserve better communication, better organisation, and more respect. Do better.

My son has been attending SuperCamps for a number of years now, followed by my second child attending since summer.
I love the diligence of the staff - and always feel well informed at collection of their day.
They always come away exhausted from all of the activities - the only challenge is then keeping them awake on the way home! Haha.

Our son has attended SuperCamps at our local school before and it has been really great. This time for Oct half term it has been a disaster. Every day we pick him up to be greeted by a pile of charge sheets listing all his misdemeanours - from eating another Childs snack, to not lining up. The list is too long! We stand in judgement with a queue of parents behind us at pick up while the camp manager reads out his charge sheet in infinitesimal detail citing witnesses for each misdemeanour. My key takeaway: this half term the staff were very young and inexperienced and could not manage this number of children. Very disappointed but also a shame since previous Staff and experiences were really great.

I would not recommend Supercamps. Despite over the years discussing issues with head office several times my daughter was constantly removed from groups with her friends due to “ratio issues”. Despite me checking every time I drop her off (with yet another different camp manager) that she will be grouped with her friends the same thing happens. She’s small for her age and somehow is the only 6 yro that gets put into a younger group despite her requests to be with her friends. She’s a happy, chilled girl at school and has never cried due to any camp except for Supercamps.

Truly awful company. Broke multiple employment laws. Worst people to work for. Do not send your children to be looked after by SuperCamps. Its a scam. Awful, vile company

The staff are very young and appear overwhelmed looking after so many children. It was a struggle getting my son to attend the camp, which was no surprise when it transpired that one of the other children was regularly biting him. It used to be good but I think they have change how they source their staff.

My son attended for Monday and Tuesday and begged me to book him in for the rest of the week! Had the best time, Loved in the inflatables and Lego! We ended up booking a few weeks in summer!
