Michael was bang on time and did a great job. He answered my questions and I left him to it. Before long, my car was performing beautifully, extra power and torque which brought the car alive and more enjoyable to drive. Just like it should have been from the manufacturer.

Today I had Michael come to remap my connect. Very knowledgeable and explained everything so I understood the whole process. Michael even explained to me stuff about my van which I didn't know. Polite, and very helpful. Thank you Michael.

Remap feels noticeable, easily notice the torque gain. Michael was friendly and explained what was going to be happening. It was a quick and easy process. My only slight complaint is the booking system. The system allowed me to book a day which ultimately the fitter could not attend but I had already booked work around the day I selected. However the fitter communicated clearly and gave me another date asap so couldn’t grumble. I had read similar things from other reviews so sort of expected, but doesn’t make it any less annoying.
Overall would 100% recommend and will use again on any future cars.

Great communication on when they were going to arrive and explained everything that was happening

I had a Superchips remap performed on my Jag F-Type on 4th December 2024 and the performance improved significantly but I lost my pops and bangs. The remap was a discounted deal from £465 to £240. The guy came to my house and did it on the drive. Fast forward to MOT time May 2025 and the car failed it's MOT on emissions. Got my Jag specialist to look at it and they told me the mixture was too rich, one of the forward Lambda sensors had failed and both rear sensors were not working or had been disabled by the remap to stop the Engine Management Light from kicking off. I paid them £495 to change the failed sensor and remove the remap but they told me after this that the emissions were still way off and the CAT's had probably been ruined by the over rich remap. I took the car to VIEZU who changed the CAT's and 2 more failed sensors and spent 2 days tweaking the new remap to get my car through the MOT. I contacted Superchips and got this response from George:-

My car is now popping and banging like a crazy thing and goes like s+_t off a shovel. I would steer clear of Superchips if you have a performance car and if you do go to VIEZU it cost me over £3K to fix the problem. I'm sure Superchips are not cowboys but they are not experts with performance supercars. Lesson learned.

Had a stage 1 remap done by James on my 1 series coupe, booked for pm and got a earlier slot in the morning, which was great, very impressed put a lot more power into the car and nothing feels out of place, definitely recommend.
