Supermug Avis 

Have tried for 2 days to order a mug they advertise and website will NOT let me even put it in basket ... so WHY advertise it!

I entered my order details incorrectly, so dropped them an email asking for an amendment. The order was received correctly and quickly, in a nice little pouch. Very happy.

Don’t even waste your time ordering through this so called company I would say rather an absolute scam sight taking your money!
No customer service can’t speak to anyone as per usual and order has never been received what an absolute waste of time and MONEY.

Please don't use not only did they tell me that my order was late and needed more time they then a few days later insisted it had been delivered by royal mail and if not delivered to my house then to a neighbour, ,,as my item was a rather expensive key ring which would have easily have fitted in the mail box plus iv been here for deliveries I beg to differ and this is a scam site.

Ordered a mug 1 month ago. Have not received it. Received automatic email responses. Not happy

Placed an order over 7 days ago, no communication (first class delivery). Doesn’t respond to emails. Will be contacting bank to reverse payment! Avoid!

Received my order today and can truthfully says its beautiful.
Bracelet made in good quality leather.
Clasp heavy and NOT flimsy
Inscription beautifully written.
In a lovely red pouch ideal for Christmas.
Kept up to date with emails because of the postal strike affecting delivery.
Will definitely be ordering from this business again.5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 service.

After excitingly ordering a fathers day gift, I panicked when looking at reviews. But my order arrived in the specified time frame and is lovely

After placing an order I was horrified to read the negative reviews on here and immediately panicked! Thankfully my query email to them was answered within 24hrs and my order received within the delivery timescale. On top of that it's a really lovely item - delivered in a little velvet pouch which, as this is a gift, is a bonus.

Shambles of a company. Not sure if it’s even legitimate. Don’t buy anything from them because you won’t receive it or a refund.

Ordered for mothers day, with a week to deliver, no delivery or communication. Refund requested via PayPal. Avoid.

Absolutely useless service ,going through fraud department

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have opened a dispute with PayPal because my order that was guaranteed at the time, to arrive for Valentine's Day still has not turned up and the company will not respond to any emails and will not provide a tracking number.

I am not sure whether this is a scam company or whether it is a legitimate company but either way please take note of the reviews and spend your hard-earned cash with a more reputable company rather than this one who loves to take your money yet does not send your goods.

Brilliant service ordered a mens personalised bracelet and came the very next day!! Really pleased with the bracelet too. Highly recommend supermug.

Purchased an item for birthday gift before Christmas saying I'd recieve by end of December I didn't. Contacted them got agnored this was about January 8th so therefore took it up with PayPal. I sent a second email got a reply saying it was listed for the wrong price so never sent it out. Never botherd to contact me about it as tbh I wouldn't of cared paying the extra as it was £3 difference. No apology just I can reorder bearing in mind I needed it for a birthday in three days time. Would not recommend or be using again. Very poor customer service and service in general.

Shocking company, Christmas gifts ordered 15th December with a 3-5 day delivery time… 28th of December I still haven’t received them of course meaning I didn’t have gifts to give grandparents. No refund no response to my emails. Definitely a scam company!! Avoid 🥴

Purchased multiple items from this company in the past, items have always been beautiful and always believed it was such great value for your money. Sadly, the last item I brought I never received, the fairies must have took it.. after weeks of emails I’m still yet to receive any helpful response. As it stands they are refusing to refund me and refusing to send the item. in my opinion, thief’s! I feel incredibly disappointed that the item purchased would have been so sentimental to the recipient giving his medical illness, just a real shame.
Avoid at all costs, I wouldn’t wish the stress anger and sadness this company have made me feel on anyone.

I have to say based on lots of the reviews, I got a bit worried I'd ordered from a dodgy site. However I ordered Saturday 18th, with the website saying garunteed delivery before Christmas. My order arrived as promised 4 days later. The items I ordered are lovely and each came in a velvet bag. Very pleased.

Like a lot of reviews on here, one of my issues is lack of response with emails.
My main complaint is that they charged me £3.95 for delivery (which is a tracked/insured service). When the package arrived through the letterbox the Royal Mail label said it was a 99p large letter. I’ve asked why it was sent this way and not the way I’d paid for - their response was to simply tell me it’s Royal Mails fault and take it up with them. I politely said that’s impossible as the sender is the one who books the service, packages and labels. I’ve had no response back like many others and out of principle will be requesting the cost difference back from the credit card company.
Beware of this company, as they want your money but are unwilling to assist if it goes wrong.
