They don't deserve 1 star!! I was supposed to receive my item 2 weeks ago according to their stated delivery times. Still haven't received it. They've taken my money and they're ignoring my emails! Time wasters and thieves.

Ordered an engraved braclet for my partner (engraved with dad and his sons names) and an offer was suggested for getting a braclet for a grandad - I went and added it to the basket but at no point was there an option to advise what engraving I wanted on the grandad braclet. I emailed the company as soon as I paid for my order to explain what engraving I wanted and they responded the next day saying that they had engraved the grandad braclet with the same text as the father braclet!! They advised the order was on its way to me so they couldn't do anything about the issue. I let them know I would be leaving a negative review and advising others of this experience in the hope they would apologize or respond but they have not replied. Just wanted to let others know that this will occur if they add an item to their order so they can be aware of this flaw. I now have a braclet that cannot be gifted and will have to go in the bin sadly.

I recently ordered a bracelet for my husband from our daughter to replace the one he had,which he lost.My order arrived on time and I'm very happy with it.The original bracelet I ordered also came on time. I know some people have said the company are scammers but I've never had a problem.

Purchased £30 worth of key rings only way to communicate is via email no one responds. Scammers be aware 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Order still not received a month after placing the order.

The company "Guaranteed" that if an item was purchased It would be delivered by a certain date. It wasn't, and they were so so rude when I emailed about it. Their products are over priced and not great quality. AVOID, all the other bad reviews are there for a reason

They since contacted me, refunded me and apologised and explained about a huge system crash. Fair play

Never received my order and company won't answer my emails/ messages regarding refund.

I ordered 2 bracelets from here and it arrived very fast delivery, it says up to 3 days and mine came the next day after order.
I am very pleased with this experience and would Definatley recommend.
I also contacted customer service and they where very helpful and quick respose.
The gifte was very pleased with his bracelet and is going to order in future.

Hi ordered a Father’s Day present on Wednesday and it arrived on Saturday (although it was squirrelled away for decontamination purposes by the Father unbeknownst to me. I then read the negative reviews, thought the worst, wrote a blistering email, feeling a super mug then discovered it on Sunday morning. Gift is good quality and was well received by the Father.

Bought a men’s leather bracelet, arrived heavily scratched and the personalised engraving was inside instand of out said.

The key chain I ordered arrived within days.
Really lovely personalised and will be great as the gift its intended for. Don't be put off by negative reviews I tried my luck and it did pay off just wanted to put a positive review

I ordered an extra tag for a new grandchild born after my keyring was gifted to me 3 years ago. I immediately received an email confirming my order. The product arrived safely in a protective cloth bag within a bubble wrap envelope just 3 days after I placed my order online. Excellent product and service.

I was a little bit nervous about ordering reading some of the negative reviews but I'm so glad i did. I ordered 3 key rings and they came within 3 days! Super impressed with speed of delivery and the key rings. One has already gone to one grandma who was overjoyed with it. Thank you, would definitely use you again.

Emailed customer services a few times got no response couldn't give my gift as looked second hand with scratches at clasp and date wrong very disappointed and now stuck with this bracelet ruined my Valentines

Terrible service. Received a bracelet as a gift. It fell apart after only 2 months. Reported it to the company and now they simply ignore us... AVOID

Ordered Key Ring on 6/2/2021 supposed to be delivered between 3-5 days. Not received after 5 days so emailed for update. It took over 8 emails and contact through paypal before they finally made contact on 27/2/2021, after I requested to cancel the order and have a refund. Very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very disappointed about everything! I ordered a bracelet engraved a week before Valentine Day. Never arrived! I tried to contact customer service, just an automatic reply from them. I started to think is a scam!

I have ordered leather bracelet. I asked an update of the delivery as after 9 days still on order placed when said 3-5days delivery. I got a generic email back that they received my email, but nothing about when they will get back to me or will they get back to me? I understand if it gets late due to the recent circumstances but I want update of whats happening. If unable to do my order, then just tell me, give me back my money and I will look somewhere else. Soooo bad customer service so far

Advertises 3-5 days delivery. Two weeks on nothing. One response to an email saying items shipped but clearly it’s not been. False advertising and failure to communicate properly. Do not use

Crap service being trying sort an issue and no reply and they don’t have a contact number either very crap
