Sure credit took money from my bank…
Sure credit took money from my bank account without making me aware that they will be taking money from me. I cancelled my account via their website and 11 days ago, after they took the first payment, they still took another payment of £24.95. I'm going to dispute this payment via my bank and I've cancelled my account for the second time via surecredit website. This is so out of order. I want a full refund!!

I’ve been trying for credit but all I get is during options to tick for credit file reading/ support. I don’t need anything like that because I have the free apps.
I’ve been give thumbs up from lenders but then just routed to sure credit so close the website immediately.
Then I checked my bank account and the sharks were trying to take a payment
I’ve contacted my bank and they’ve blocked it for 13 months but I’m sure they’ll try again next year
Just stay well clear
Emailed them a couple of times but no reply.
If you need to check your credit file all 3 major files are accessible for free and there are cheap methods to rebuild your credit… certainly not £24.95 a month
They should be shut down as I’m sure there’s data mining going on and even if you only click the link to see or a dodgy lender routes you there then they’ve got you and take payments.
Hopefully others won’t get stung but if you do contact your bank and they’ll intervene. Even if payment does go through banks can raise a challenge and usually you get your money back

Be careful with this company, they use a loan application website to store your bank debit details.
As part of the application they need to take a £0.01 charge for data protection, but never follow through with a loan offer, just a ‘credit report’ subscription.
So now without your knowledge they have setup a standing order through your bank account, not debit card that you can cancel, but a standing order straight from your bank. They will then lay dormant for 6 weeks, then attempt to take payment for £24.95 with no notification or warning, then even if this fails they attempt it again 6 months later, until fraud team need to get involved to make sure they are blocked from accessing your account.
You’ll never get your money back or be acknowledged if you email them to ‘cancel subscription’, there’s no subscription, they just bide their time until they can attempt to take another payment.
It’s a complex scam and they are one of the worst companies out there, so please take this warning.
Also they will generate some generic bullshit response below saying ‘I’m sorry you have had issues with your subscription ‘your name’, like I said, it’s bull.

Absolute nightmare! I bought £165 worth of toners for a printer. I cancelled the order, but Supercredit kept passing the charge and claiming I was in a contract and still had to pay, even though the shop refunded the money. They are still trying to make me pay for something I don't have. Beware, never trust this dodgy business.

I did email this company about a subscription I had which I did no know about. They said I had signed up to a 14 free trial. I phoned them as I had not received an email. They refunded me the payment. So it’s worth ringing and explaining your situation. The lady I spoke to was very helpful

The worst company I have ever dealt with, they do not protect your data, they make it impossible to pay them, their app doesn't work ! The communication and responses are poor, they harass you even though you have paid them. I will be reporting them to the ombudsman - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I was looking for a loan online and i was re directed to this site. When i checked what it was i left the site and DID NOT sign up. They claimed i did sign up WHICH I DID NOT and took a fee from my account. Now correct me if i am wrong but if i am looking for a loan and i get directed to a "credit file" comoany why in the blue hell would i want that when all i am trying to do is build up credit and i use clearscore which is free. Basically you are thieves

As all the other reviews say its basically a scam. Got redirected to there site for a loan offer. There site says they offer a £1000 loan and I have to enter my bank details. After checking here only to.find out they are not a lender and pretend to offer a loan in order to get u into subscription

Daylight robbery from this company. Never even heard of surecredit until they appeared on my bank statement. Got in touch with them and long story short I asked them to prove I'd signed up to their subscription and haven't heard since and the transaction disappeared from my statement. Only to wake up this morning (22nd june) to find out that they've still charged me £24.95. This company is a scam/fraud because I'm 100% certain I didn't sign up to their services and I definitely didn't receive any communication whatsoever from them to say that I had. Absolutely disgusting that they think it's acceptable to blindly steal from people.

I don’t know how companies like this get away with what they do. Scrounging of people who are in bad financial circumstances makes you bottom of the barrel scum. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

After trying several avenues of contact to cancel the deceptive monitoring charges with no response I had to close out my debit card and get a new one. This company should be shut down!
