They make fool of customers and their customer support is even worst never recommended to anyone
They sent me different product and different bill and now no response

Extremely frustrated with the customer support service. I have attempted to call multiple times to resolve an issue, but the agents are actively picking up and immediately hanging up. Just now, I called twice back to back. The first time, an agent said hello and then instantly cut the line. The second time, they picked up and hung up without saying a word. This is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable when trying to get assistance.

I placed an order for critical medicines, and the payment went through successfully. However, on the final step, the app forces me to upload a prescription, but the upload feature continuously fails due to a technical glitch. I tried reaching out to customer service via WhatsApp but no response call goes unanswered, i shared the prescription two days back through WhatsApp it's received but no response

Great service recently I have purchased product from sushain and they deliver so fast…. Happy with service😊

The worst company. They are selling cannabis in the name of medicine.

Number 1 fraud company. I ordered a product 1 month back and still not received it. I contact support, a guy responded saying ul get delivered in 24 hrs. That's the last time I spoke with support. I have contacted more than 10 times but the voice recording says no support team available on call.. total bullshit.Just a scam to loot money

I ordered product at 01/09/2026 and the time of delivary was given 07/09/2026. But I had not received the product yet and no responce from them ever time I call they say 24 hr me deliver hojayega from last 7 days.

This is R.B. ASHOKKUMARRAJ FROM CHENNAI—A very poor and disappointing experience. I placed Order No. ORD343728 more than 2 weeks ago, but I still have not received my order.

I have already raised a complaint twice through WhatsApp, but unfortunately, I have received no response or proper resolution. The customer service is extremely poor, and there has been no proper update regarding my order.

This delay and lack of response are unacceptable. Since I have been waiting for more than two weeks without any resolution, I request an immediate full refund.

I ordered an expensive medicine Kumar Kalyan Rasa. They sent some other medicine and are now not sending my right medicine nor they are giving back refund

The product reached my nearest hub on 26 Aug and has been sitting there for 4 days with no action.

I’ve informed both Sushain Clinic and the logistics partner, Expressbee, multiple times via email, but nobody seems to care. Customer service is apparently just a myth.

Order not delivered

Worst experience...I have had a very disappointing experience with Sushain Clinic. My order has been delayed repeatedly, and despite the inconvenience, I have not received a proper apology or satisfactory response.
I spoke with both Ashish and Durgesh, but neither has been helpful. Ashish mentioned that he is the head of the team/company and said he had important tasks to handle, but that does not justify the lack of proper communication or support.
I am currently dealing with an eye cyst, and my condition is getting worse day by day. This matter is serious for me, and I expected the clinic to understand the urgency and handle my order responsibly.
Please take immediate action and provide me with a clear update on my order. Otherwise, I will be forced to take strict action regarding this matter. I expect this issue to be resolved without any further delay.

I really like that Sushain has the Ayurvedic meds that I need.

I'm giving a 3-star because I had an issue with an incorrect delivery and it took a month and multiple follow-ups to get the refund, which was inconvenient. I do appreciate the customer support rep helping me get the refund.

After consultation it takes 2/3 days when I get my proscription and then I can place order. Process need to be fast. Overall its good.

Ms. Khushboo Verma of Sushain Clinic is very supportive and co-operatve, very good service.

Unfortunately I didn't see the review of this company and ordered few medicines when status was 'in stock'. I had ordered three products same day one was delivered after one week while other two had no clues continue to see status ready to ship from the day one it's been two week now. Their customer care number is horrible alway busy.
Very disappointed , I don't think that I would ever order a product from sushain in future.
