I ordered medicine parasaryandi kasyam tab cost is 525 but i got different product and i tell them then he said for replace but wrong product picked up but right product not deilvered to me after 10 days my product cancell and when i ask about my refund he cut my call and not recieving my call . He say qr send me i send them but there is no action still I have all proof chat and voice recording i will go in consumers court and cm janta darbar for mentally torcher and i will do igrs complain against sushain .

This company is absolute scam. My order ID is #ORD296884. I have paid really big amount of cash but the delivery isn't happening even after claims of it being dispatched. I can't track my order on the links given. All the customer care numbers or helplines of Sushain claims to have don't exist or they don't pick the calls. I have made more than 89 calls on their multiple numbers trying to get my money back. The delivery service is absolutely horrible. I have called and tried everything. I just want my money back if they can't make the delivery.

I have ordered 120 capsule but one box came empty my order number is ORD291135. I got only 60.

Very disappointing experience. My order (ORD277768-1) was shipped, but after that there were no further updates regarding delivery. I contacted the courier company, and they informed me that the package could not be delivered and asked me to contact the seller to cancel the order.

The problem is that there is no cancel option available after shipment. Despite calling and sending multiple messages, I received no proper support or assistance from customer service.

The lack of communication and customer support made the entire experience frustrating. Customers should at least receive proper updates and help when issues like this happen.

Firstly it shows 2_3 days delivery but it almost took 5 days not major issue but they took extra charge for express delivery and it didn't happen ...nd the product is wrong ...I have been giving swarnaprashna for two years now ..and always order from gaudhali .com ..but it was not available so order from here and my kid started crying after taking it ..it tastes weird.

I had a very disappointing experience with Sushain Clinic customer support.

I placed an order for medicines,ut one item was missing from the delivery. Despite this, I received messages stating that the order was both delivered and still out for delivery which was confusing and inconsistent.

When I contacted customer care to resolve the issue, my concern was not properly addressed. Instead of helping, the support team failed to provide a clear resolution.

One of the customer care executives, Khoosboo Verma, behaved very unprofessionally during the call. Her tone was dismissive and it felt like my concern was being treated as an inconvenience. The conversation ended abruptly when she hung up, without resolving the issue.

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience.

I ordered FOLISTRONG SHAMPOO order number ORD254829.
Delivered on 28th March 2026 with expiry of March 2026.
I registered the complain on same day of delivery.
Till today I have not received either replacement or refund.
This is dakaity,
I advise not to believe and order anything from this unfair, dishonest company.

Don't buy any product or medicine from sushain. It's fake people are running. They take your money and not deliver the order. Sharing you fake contact number and tracking link. They are below begger's range.

I ordered kamini medicine with express delivery but in tracking status nothing shows this is my prepaid ordered and it is not show any deliver date

To who ever reading this never trust this clinic they don't have proper customer care nd i don't see option like to return the product back cause it's super defective one.

No proper responce, no customer care. When I added my products to the basket, the representative called me for placing the order and promising the timely delivery.

After I placed the order, there is no responce from the company nor representative. I did not receive the product even after 1 week of the expected date. Daily I just get the message that your delivery is postponed without any confirmed date.
