Sushain Avis 

I placed an order on sushainclinic.com on 14 January 2026 (Order #ORD210581). Even after 8 days, the order has not been delivered, and the tracking information does not work.

I tried calling customer support several times, but no one answered. I also paid extra ₹50 for fast delivery, which was not honored.

There is no option to cancel the order on the website, and there has been no response from support.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to be very cautious before ordering medicines from this website.

Very very bad response.... Order for pack of 5 bottles and received soon to be expired medicine in March..... Still not responding properly..... Going to file a complaint against sushain clinic in consumer court

Worst service experience with Sushain. I paid extra for express delivery, but the medicines were delayed unnecessarily. When delivered, the products were damaged and poorly packed, which is unacceptable for medical items.
Customer service was extremely disappointing. Staff member Shubhankar Halder was rude and dismissive, stating he was “busy” instead of assisting, clearly reflecting a lack of professional training and poor attitude. Additionally, when I contacted customer support, the executive disconnected the call without any explanation.
This company shows zero accountability, poor service standards, and complete negligence. Charging extra and delivering damaged medicines is unacceptable.
Highly unprofessional. Not recommended at all.

I ordered first time medicine through this site. My order number 183789 dt. 29.11.25. Suppose to be delivered within 2 to 3 days. Their site gave a date of 06.12.25. Till today not delivered as on 08.12.25. No provision in web site for complaint. No provision to call the delivery agent form tracking. No contact phone number. Tracking record shows the package is in Avadi, that is in our area. But with whome no idea. Payment made in full.

I ordered colicose powder , suggest by Dr sk Pandey, but after 3 days its not tracking, its showing waiting for confirmation, and payment is already done by me, and customer asking payment is done or not , waho.. they have not any information about product. very poor service, please close your this Type of market and, make to foolish to customer.

The worst ever delivery experience. No one is available to listen to you. I ordered some medicines on 12 september 2025.since medicines were urgent need, so I selected Express delivery option(3days delivery) by paying more charges. But upto 16 September 2025 05:00pm I have not received my order

Vasarishta(Janshi), 680ml, Order placed on 8-6-2025, amount Rs/-315-paid, whereas on 16-9-25, I received a pack of. 450ml bottle, this is cheating, the extra amount should be refunded immediately

Very disappointing services provide by sushain clinic. Courier service doing a fraud with us , but you don’t support us , don’t receive a call , also don’t replying on wtsup . Worst services . Order date is 14-08-25 till date I can’t get my parcel .

Order the medicines 2 months back…tracking shows delivered…courier bill shows delivered…but surprising I haven’t received it….called at the customer care multiple times…and one fine day they receive the call after I post the review said we will help u…will return u the payment…but didn’t received the payment back nor the product…and now even after calling multiple times @sushain clinic they don’t pick up the calls …

I buy a balwadi churam from this site. But delivery of order is not tracked.Also customer care number is not responding. I try to contact with them from 2 day. They not pick the call at all. They make fool the customer.

They are scammers , they have taken my money for 2 weeks now but have not sent my product. I have called from my registered number since days , no one replied but when called from my mom's number they made sure to call back as they thought it's someone calling to order. When I asked them to cancel my.order and send me the refund , they disconnected my calls. Please be cautious, I am also going to write a review on LinkedIn and I have the invoice as well for the proof. No one could even tell me about the status of my product.

No one should order medicines from this app. They neither refund the money nor take back the wrong medicines they deliver. Worst experience ever! First, they sent me the wrong medicine, and then I kept calling for 15–20 days for an exchange, but nothing was resolved. No one coordinates, no one takes responsibility. No return, no refund.”

I have given order on 9th August and called their number 3-4 times but not confirmation yet even I accept to pay 50 rs extra for COD. Very poor and pathetic. Patient is waiting for medicine but they didn't have any reply

Sushain is a terrible company and its orders take forever to arrive. Even after a week, there is no information on where my order is. The phone no. on their website doesn't work. Frustrating experience after one week of trying everyday to connect. Most unreliable company ever in this space. Guys please learn something from Cannavedic who are not only prompt but also deliver medicines fast. Worst experience ever with this wellness company
