Mera order abhi tk received nahi hua, order no is ORD036271 ... 1 nov 24 ko order kiya hu,
Kb tk received hoga, order track me noida hi dikha raha he.. or order cancel bhi nahi ho raha

Trash. They take everything granted. Weather be it order experience, details regarding orders also they lacks in too many things like they aren't sure at what time the products should arrive exactly & even if they are then they somehow delay the date by making uncertain excuses. Had horrible call agencies & customer service, lazy, careless, braindead, illiterate, mannerless delivery guys they have who will never give your parcel at time and make thousands of excuses even tho you stay a little far away which's like even a kilometer away. Gross experience don't waste your energy and time while keep dialing amb numbers before making contacts to these noobs not so helping employees as they don't sometimes call back either unless you make 10 calls to them. Do anything but never ever UPI order through this app you'll regret. Idk weather my review gonna be approve or not i will check myself and if it won't get approve then probably i really m ready to file an fir against this fraud company for sure

Freaking gross their delivery departments are thiefs & lies about everything one person told me "Sir 10 din ke chutti par hun manali mein" on the other hand they wrote the *Deliveryguy haven't received the parcel. If you want to save your money, time and energy do not dare to buy anything from Sushain whatever so called lame fraud company. You will get trapped if you pay the amount via upi. Never ever do that. Their delivery people even tho their employees are thiefs

I have used Sushain for online Ayurvedic dr appointment for my long issue with dandruff and my moms knee pain. This is the first website I found that can provide online Ayurvedic drs and medication both.
My dandruff is gone by the medicine provided by dr, and my mom is also getting there.

WORST site. Don't order anything from here. They won't deliver your order and then won't even refund. It's been a month I had ordered medicine from here. They did not deliver my order and did NOT even REFUND my full amount back. They don't respond to calls properly. Staff behaviour is very rude. I am never ordering from here again.
