Sussex Pond Doctor Ltd Avis

Doug, Craig and Russell demolished and cleared a poorly constructed and leaking pond and built us a 12ft by 6ft work of art sleeper pond with lights, water fall and glass front. It is truly beautiful - a dream come true - and I am going to enjoy it for the rest of my retirement. Not only is the pond beautifully designed and constructed the whole experience was enhanced by their professionalism, thoughtfulness, and being so tidy!! They were always on time and despite the poor weather they completed on schedule and even put new lawn and pebbles around the pond. So lucky to have found them.

Thank you for cleaning out our pond. I valued our discussion on your pre visit about how best to do the job and the options. Thank you for your helpful advice.
On the day Craig was very thorough and careful in the cleaning of the pond and the repotting and repositioning of the plant baskets. I was pleased to be able to liaise with him. Every care was taken to protect the surrounding area of the pond and replace its wildlife. Everything was left clean and tidy after wards. Great job. Thank you

Doug and his assistance emptied our pond which had not been done in 10 years, transferred about 50 goldfish and 10 frogs to a holding pond , cleaned the pond and returned the fish and frogs . The whole job was done very well and I would certainly recommend the Pond Doctor.

Just had a koi pond built for us by Doug,Russell and Greg. Turned out fantastic really pleased. Spot on what i asked for. Started on time finished on time. What more can you ask for. Very professional.

After five years of neglect - the result of advancing years and health issues - my once pristine pond was in a really poor state. The reviews on this website persuaded me to call Sussex Pond Doctor in the hope that they could put things right.
The reviews were right. Russell and Craig visited in foul weather and, by the time they left, the pond was totally cleared out, cleaned and replanted. Due to their hard work and remarkable knowhow, coupled with a genuinely supportive approach, I now have a pond to be proud of again. First class.

Russell and Craig were brilliant, arriving on time and keeping us advised on what they were doing. The waste we had asked to be left on site was stacked with care and will make great compost! The final bonus was sorting out the tangled water lily, re-potting and replanting. Lots of useful advice for future maintainance. Thanks for giving us our pond back, guys!

Russell and Craig did a fantastic job. They kept us informed of what they were doing. They left the ponds in a really great condition. They offered advise on how we could improve our ponds going forward

All works carried out by Doug and the team were done incredibly efficiently. Fish were removed and rehomed. Pond was some 21 years old so a messy job carried out cleanly with everything left clean and tidy. Thanks to all for their good and friendly service. It was good to find someone who will assist with pond removal when it eventually had become necessary.

Doug and the team were brilliant and my pond is looking amazing. Everything from the very first enquiry email was professionally dealt with. Courteous, punctual, tidy and with a nothing too much trouble attitude.

We, and our fish, are absolutely delighted with the work carried out by Doug and his team. They arrived spot on time, worked swiftly and efficiently rejuvenating our pond. Money well spent.

Craig and Russell did a fantastic job clearing out our very overgrown and silted pond. They rescued and repotted our lily and gave us some good advice for future. They were friendly and incredibly tidy. Communication with Doug was brilliant, from first contact to the final invoice.

Craig and Robb came and sorted out our pond today and I would fully recommend them. They were prompt, polite, knowledgable and worked hard. The results are amazing and hard to believe it’s the same pond! Great work team, thank you.

Sussex pond doctor came to my rescue when I emailed them asking for some advice. They kindly responded quickly and with good advice. I followed what to do with my leaky pond and it worked. I was so please as thought this might be a pricey job. I will definitely use them in the future, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Doug

The guys did a great job of cleaning my pond. It was in a terrible state to begin with and now it's nice to look at. Highly recommended

Hi Doug and team. Many thanks for such a great job you did on our pond can’t thank you enough, the other companies I approached didn’t want to quote as they thought it was to much of a daunting task to take on you and the team did a professional caring job taking care to protect all the wildlife and fish etc, we really can’t thank you enough, and would certainly recommend you to anyone needing pond work. All I wanted was a replacement hose to filter tank fitting, which PondDoctor was able to guide me to a reliable source where I could purchase the said fitting. Pond and filter now running smoothly.
Thank you.

We would like to thank Sussex Pond Doctor for their efficient and professional work. Plus, the respect they showed to our ponds wildlife and to thank them for their advice on how we should maintain the pond in future. Thank You

Thank you Doug and Ollie. You both did an excellent job of cleaning my awkwardly placed pond when it was very windy. Now our fish are very, very happy in their new surroundings!
Nothing was too much trouble for you as you replaced sponges and light in filter. I would recommend you to all my pond friends and anyone thinking of having a pond as you quote a fair price.
Am waffling now, am sure that I will keep in touch. Enjoy the rest of summer

Pond transformed!
They arrived on time and were super tidy.
Aftercare was excellent and I can now see all my fish.
