Sussex Pond Doctor Ltd Avis

Our ponds were in a very bad state and I was worried about the pond life. I found this firm on the web, and they were very quick to reply and I had a date for action in a short time. They were very efficient, and did everything they said they would. I was also aware of their love, care and knowledge of the life in the ponds; far more than I ever imagined i had. I can't thank you enough for my, now, two beautiful ponds.

When I first contacted the company they responded very quickly. They managed to fit me in at very short notice which was a relief as I was very worried about the pond. Craig and Russell arrived and were very polite friendly and very efficient and professional. They removed the fish which they treated with care and when pond and pump sorted fish were returned to the pond. They also cleared all the overhanging greenery. When they finished they they cleared up everything. Will definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them

Craig and Russel did a great job cleaning out my garden pond, putting in a new liner and replacing paving around pond edge. The pond was very overgrown and now loooks twice as big. They arrived on time and worked really hard all day. I am very pleased with the work and would highly recommend this company.

I was very impressed with the teams professional attitude. They were always very polite.
After the pond was serviced it looked brand new, the fish and I are very happy indeed. They answered all my questions in a friendly and helpful manner.
I would highly recommend the team.

Excellent! From obtaining a quote through to the pond cleaning, a very easy and efficient service. Nothing was too much trouble and I was very impressed by the work completed. Have used Sussex Pond Doctor before, and I'll definitely use them again in the future.

Turned up on time. Did the required work without fuss. No problems and cleared everything away. Would recommend.

Really good job as usual - completely effortless and the pond looks fantastic now

This is an exceptional service. Doug and the team are brilliant. We entrusted the capture, safe storing, and then return to the pond of a large number of koi after emptying, cleaning and removing significant debris from the pond bottom (which had not been cleared for 15 years). We needn't have worried. This was all done in a day with great skill and attention. The knowledge of the team was extremely helpful and I wished that I had 'tapped' into this before!

Craig & Russell arrived promptly this morning to remove the fish pond in our garden, they worked quickly & were very helpful in the removal of the pond & surrounding stones, making our lives easier going forward with a new flower bed so thankyou to both of them for their excellent service.

Very overdue pond clean and maintenance carried out by a freinfly team of two. The work was carried out efficiently and everything cleaned up afterward. Very good comunication with Doug who fitted us in quickly.

I've been completely blown away by how amazingly helpful and friendly Doug has been. I've inherited a fish pond, knowing nothing about them, and he's provided me fantastic help and advice.
Reading the other reviews here, I can see this is no exception – Doug is one of those fantastic guys he does everything right.

My Pond and rockery was professional constructed in a clean and professional manner. I would definitely use them again.

The team did a fantastic job at decommissioning an old pond and rehoming the fish for us. Very friendly team, took every care, finished to a high standard and meticulous clean down afterwards.
Communication was amazing throughout from quoting, booking in through to invoicing and confirmation of payment.
Great company, great work and they made it very easy.
Would recommend!

More excellent & professional work carried out by Doug & his team. Nothing was too much trouble & great attention paid to every detail of the work. The electrics for pond fountains has been carried out to the highest standard & I’m thrilled & delighted with the whole experience & finished effect. It has been a great pleasure to have Doug & his team working here again. I cannot recommend them highly enough for a thoroughly professional team & excellent workmanship.

Doug and his team did a great job cleaning our very clogged up small city pond. Doug was responsive to emails in the lead up and on the actual day of the job, they arrived on time, were courteous and hardworking and the fish are now very happy ! Would definitely recommend . Great job. Thank you .

I'm so pleased to have found SPD through their Facebook ad. From the initial request for suggestions as to how to revamp my pond, to the completed work, the process has been faultless.
Doug, Russell and Craig worked so hard and so well together. They've done a fantastic job and the new pond layout has enhanced the garden.
They went over and above the remit by digging up and replanting some small bamboos which were hiding the pond and even took away some old fencing. The whole area was cleaned when the work was done, including my neighbour's patio, which was used as access.
SPD made the whole experience a pleasure, in spite of the upheaval. I would certainly recommend them.

By chance I saw the Sussex Pond Doctor van, made a note of the number & booked an appointment.

On meeting Doug and discussing the options I knew I had found the right company. He listened and found an excellent solution to make my filter cleaning easier to manage, more efficient, within my budget and the aesthetics of my garden,

Doug, Craig & Russell were such a happy team, and worked cleanly and thoroughly taking away all waste etc.

Following the work carried out Doug kindly offered my first check free of charge.

I have now arranged a regular system check once a year.

I had an ongoing issue with a water feature which was causing me problems. Doug came to assess the situation and explained my options. I decided on a new water feature and was given a quote the same day.
I am so pleased with the job Doug, Craig & Russell did. Whilst working they tidied up as they went along, were polite and friendly and answered any questions I had. My fish & plants were transferred into a holding pool and well looked after. I can’t recommend Sussex Pond Doctor enough and will be using their services again. Thank you.
