SWAPA ZIP BOUNCING/SHAKING IS A PRODUCT FEATURE/CHARACTERISTIC
I purchased a Swapa Zip from Cycle EV Mobility in February 2026. Already on the first ride, I noticed that the vehicle had defects. The vehicle was picked up by the seller twice; however, he indicated that the defects (bouncing/shaking) are a product characteristic/malfunction and therefore cannot be repaired. I reported this to the parent company SWAPA in Singapore and sent an email to approximately 11 dealers worldwide asking if this defect/malfunction is inherent to the Swapa Zip. NO ONE wants to take responsibility for the defect of this Swapa Zip. How bizarre is it that I have a warranty on a product with a retail value of €13,500, and there is deafening silence.
