Ordered 3kg of sweets 2 weeks before Christmas and only 2kg arrived. I sent multiple emails over a 3 week period explaining of the issue and was only after 3 weeks I received a response saying they would send the missing sweets. Now another 2 weeks later still not received the missing sweets and all emails I have sent asking where they are have so far been ignored. Terrible company, will not be using them again and advise everyone else not to use them either.

Sweets are nice to eat, bit pricey but lots of offers and deals to reel you in. First couple of orders had no issues but order we received 13/12/25 had a promotional item missing. Several emails to their two contact addresses went ignored. It was only when I threatened to leave (honest) bad reviews that I got a response. Did they send me the missing item after saying they would? Of course not. So after receiving several more "here's another deal for you" emails, I emailed them again saying I don't want offers, I won't be ordering again and to please send my missing item. They acknowledged my email with an apology and said they'd sort it. Today is 18/01/26 and still nothing. Don't waste your time and money with these clowns - there are other, better small businesses who want to keep their customers!

Honestly this company might as well be a scam, I wish I had read the comments on their Facebook videos before I placed an order as there seem to be a lot of people with the same issues placing orders and paying for next day delivery/pickup but then the item never comes not only does it not come but im still waiting over a week later and looking at comments on Facebook people have been waiting over a month, clearly this company can not accomplish next day delivery’s so to charge someone for them is a scam, who knows at this point if my sweets will ever arrive because their customer service is non existent they don’t even bother to reply to enquiry’s and just ghost people very disappointed

I placed my second order in December as enjoyed the variety and size of bags. Like to support smaller businesses.

However when it arrived, I only got half my order, sent an email straight away on the 19th December.

I gave them a few weeks due to Christmas and new year, but as of 11 January I am yet to receive a reply or receive the rest of my order.

I do keep getting promotional emails just to rub salt in the wound.

I also thought the quality had gone down but maybe I’ve got a bitter taste from not getting the things that I ordered.

After a month from my original order I’ve received nothing. Asked for a refund and still nothing. Avoid this company.

Been waiting 3 weeks for my delivery. Been told to keep checking Evri for any updates but again had nothing. Poor customer service. Definitely would not recommend this company!

Had a problem with Evri not delivering the package, resulting in it getting stolen/lost. Reported this to Sweet-delivery and had an automated response informing me that I should get a response in 24/48 hours.

Its now over a week later and I am still yet to have any response, so unfortunately this review will have to sit at 1-star until I hear back.

Significantly under weight. Some sweets are stale. Very few of the flying saucers. Still waiting for a response to my complaint. Merry Christmas.

Sweets were not fresh, cables were chopped up so not seven long cables in bag more like 4-5, Cheaper to buy Haribo mixed bags/tubs which works out about £10 cheaper, wouldn't recommend at all,

I received a request for my order number after I left this review so I responded and guess what over a week on and they still haven’t responded to 3 emails…..:hence the change to 1 star

Have placed three orders now and my last order I was not happy with at all the ratio of chosen sweets is way out tray nd make contact with someone and it’s just a non starter it’s a shame because the sweets are good but due to the lack of a response I wouldn’t order again very very disappointed

I placed an order on 6/11 as of the 17/11 I'm still awaiting delivery ! I have emailed Sweet delivery twice as Evri has now admitted that the parcel could be misplaced. My grievance is with the lack of customer care from this company that they have not responded.

Ordered Halloween special on 29th Sep. End of October and still not delivered, despite several chasing emails. Finally got through on phone today and been told “it must be still with courier”…a pigeon would have delivered quicker than this. Promised a refund; will see if this comes back as quick as it went out my account. Real shame! If I get the refund I may try them in the future as there are some good reviews but for now I remain very disappointed with the service received.

Terrible delivery been over 2 weeks still nothing no response don’t waste you time and money with these horrible people I will get my refund rather way becouse the bank are sorting it out now

i feel like they intentionally gave me few of the rarer sweets in the pick your own 2kg IE the dracula teeth were less and the fizzy cola bottles were too many

Received my order (pick your own) but the one sweet that we really wanted was missing from the bag. I also ordered a £5 mystery box which contained one 128g bag of sweets. Very disappointed.

Top sweets run by great down to earth people. Fast delivery and a free item. Thank you! 100% recommend. 🧡

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about, but I ordered 2 x 2kg bags of sweets to give as gifts (all came filled to the brim and weighing over infact - so nothing like what others have said) and received a bag of free sweet cables for the cost of my order. Delivery and dispatch was very quick, no complaints at all-will definitely buy again!

Did not get all of my sweets or only 1 or 2 of specific ones I ordered. Sweets are fresh but don’t order foam bananas as that will be the bulk of your order.
