Some of it was tasty but mostly it felt like I’d been given old sweets that should’ve gone in the bin 😕

The sweets were nice though there were lots of substitutions.

Used to use these alot but my recent order took ages to pack and in the end i contacted them to cancel. Funny enough the next morning i received notification its on its way. NOT ACCEPTABLE and this will be the last time i use this company, there's plenty more that do the same. The reviews tell you a story aswell!

Absolute Disgrace for what arrived the sweets were delayed 5 weeks and half the sweets are gone off. There is sweets in the bucket that i didnt order and for the price its just not worth it. its not about the money its just a lack of quality and care for the customers will never be buying again Would AVOID. Absolute Scam!!

Both boxes were broken when delivered sweets were thrown away. You should stop using DPD for international deliveries.

Took 2 weeks to deliver and one of the three items I ordered were missing, so was a bit of a shame. They did refund it but was a bit underwelmed.

Made two orders in the last month.
First order was 3kg of pick and mix. Small issue that got rectified. Delivery weas faster than they first said.
2nd Order just a kg. Dispatched same day.
Seems new owners have sorted lots of issues. Not the cheapest place but the selection is much larger than other sites.

My daughter was desperate to buy some sweets. And some were not as described when she got them. Bon bons that have chocolate in the middle.

Goods originally ordered 2nd July and never arrived - contacted seller who blamed courier but then didn’t follow up despite promising a replacement delivery - then communication stopped. however…..following this, out of the blue received an email from the new owner of the company who was working through the backlog of issues with customers - so hopefully the company will have fairer weather ahead

About the only good thing about this was the chocolate goods, which I only had two items of.

The sweets tasted cheap and sickly, and I ordered apple flavoured laces and received cola. I specifically asked not to make any replacements if they did not have what I requested and yet I was given cola, which personally makes me feel ill. The flavour bled onto the other sweets as well.

Disappointed.

I contacted this company multiple times after my order failed to arrive. Initially, they blamed the courier and told me they would investigate. After several follow-up emails from me, they eventually said they would send a replacement order and that I would receive a dispatch confirmation with new tracking details.

That confirmation email never arrived, and after I asked for a refund, they stopped responding altogether. I was left chasing updates throughout the process, with no proactive communication and no resolution.

Mistakes with couriers can happen, but what disappointed me most was the lack of customer service. Promises were made but not followed through, and I was ultimately ignored when I requested a refund. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this company.

I don't usually write reviews, but this company was beyond awful and outright lied to me. Do not be sucked in by their social media videos.

I ordered at the end of April. Order "dispatched" the beginning of May. After waiting a week with no further tracking, I contacted them. They replied quickly, telling me about warehouse delays, apologising and that it would be dispatched that day. (11th May)

By the 14th, still nothing. I emailed again, they replied saying it was still awaiting collection from Royal Mail. So they lied. 22nd May, they claimed they physically dispatched it. Still no tracking updates. 28th May (after me needing to email twice) they claim again that they've dispatched it (for a third time now). They say if there's no tracking by the next day, they would replace or refund. To no one's surprise, it didn't move. They didn't respond again till June 2nd, and said they wouldn't do anything until they'd contacted the courier. I informed them I'd be disputing it with my bank.

My bank has refunded me for now, but they've actually had the gall to challenge my dispute, despite obviously never sending the product! The tracking code still shows "we're expecting it" because they obviously never sent it out.

Avoid at all costs.

A below average experience for the premium charged. Sweets are squashed out of shape - my “pick your own” looked slightly better than the “mystery bag”. I wasn’t expecting a perfect product at this price but some of the sweets in the mystery bag were so clearly out of date that the wrappings were faded. I’d actually question the health & safety implications of offering crao like this to a customer. They went straight in the bin as there’s no way they were edible. I really should have read the reviews first!

I purchased from this shop twice. The first time was great , no issues, arrived on tim etc.

However the second time I ordered a next day delivery, after a week and a half and no delivery I emailed them about what was going. Every day I was given a different reason, I then asked for a refund. Intially they either ignored or refused. Until I informed them if they did not I would contact my bank. They then stated they would issue a refund and went silent again. Two weeks later I called my bank. No refund had been started so I asked for a charge back and got it within minutes.

For anyone else that they say no to , for no delivery etc. , talk to your bank or paypal etc.

Absolutely appalling experience.
My 14-year-old son spent £22 of his own money on 17th May to order a gift for me and even paid extra for next-day delivery. We are now on June 8th and the order still has not arrived.
Initially, we were told there were warehouse issues. Whilst unfortunate, that is not the customer's responsibility, especially when next-day delivery has been paid for.
After further delays, we were informed the item had finally been dispatched 3 weeks later, only for it to be returned to the sender. At this point, after waiting weeks beyond the promised delivery date, I requested a refund as we no longer wanted the order.
The company has refused to refund us and instead insists on sending the item again once it returns to them, despite the fact that they have completely failed to fulfil the service that was paid for.
The most frustrating part is the lack of accountability from renz who responds pointless emails. We paid for a product and next-day delivery. Neither was provided. Instead, we have been given excuses, delays and poor customer service.
Having now looked on Trustpilot, I can see that many other customers appear to have experienced similar issues involving delays, communication problems and difficulties obtaining refunds.
I have now had to open a claim with my bank in an attempt to recover the money.
What should have been a thoughtful gift from a 14-year-old child has turned into weeks of stress and disappointment. I DO NOT KNOW HOW YOU SLEEP WELL AFTER TAKING CHILDRENS MONEY
I would strongly advise potential customers to think carefully before ordering.

I ordered at start of May and have still not received my order despite emailing on several occasions. The website was also a nightmare to navigate and find the sweets my niece wanted, and my basket kept emptying and the sweet options changing. Would never use again!

My daughter ordered a load of stick chews, they advised it had been dispatched but tracking showed it hadn’t. It took about 2 weeks to arrive and when it came every single sweet was out of date, some by 2 years!

Absolutely discussed with this service, despite it saying with would be next day delivery it took 2 weeks to arrive. Half the order was not in stock so they added different stuff which was up to 2 years out of date !!! Absolutely discussed!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Ordered product which indicated they were for next day shipping. When product didn’t arrive one week later I contacted customer services who advised it was next day shipping, but there was no commitment on dispatch. This is misleading and pointless!

Customer service was responsive and apologetic, blaming a warehouse move, but it was a cut and paste apology that had obviously been used on a regular basis.

The products themselves were really nice. Tasty, packed well and good quality.

I actually would purchase again, but order well in advance of intended birthday!!
