I paid your ridiculously overpriced invoice for a few minutes over the 2 hours, I appreciate that the agreed terms are laid out and have read them. But if the chap had not had 3 cigarette breaks then it would have been well inside 2 hours to complete. It seems to me he could have easily completed the job but purposefully went out of his way to hang the job out, i'm extremely unhappy with the service provided and would urge everybody to avoid using this company!

Just experience this ripped off company.

Waiting over 2 hours eventhough they said 20-40 mins. They came in looked at the toilet (flushing problem) less than 5 mins.
Job was going to take abt 25 mins. And then they told me what I need to do to get ripped off some more, pay the invoice online. Invoice a ridiculous £220 plus emergency call out of £82. Which I had to pay immediately!!! What a scam. As I desperately needed to fix the toilet. They didnt care at all, neither did their office as the offered me a discount if I paid £250 in cash. They got me but not all my money. Pls avoid these scammers

Horrible experience.

The cost of the plumbing services is astronomical and in line with the previous reviewer, I would confirm that costs are hidden. My final bill was over £1,000 for supposedly three hours work although the plumber was absent from the job for about 45 mins on the pretext of acquiring parts. These people are sharks,
be sure to avoid. I am hoping that the work carried out is okay!!!

Do not use this business. Absolutely devastating cost structure with hidden fees. I was told. £69 call out fee and then the invoice was £721 for just over an hours work. They charge a full £219 per hour if you go 1 minute over the hour plus a hidden admin fee. Disgusting business for people is desperate need of emergency help just before Christmas

Very expensive and didn’t fix the issue, had someone come out, cost £500 and was non-refundable, issue came back straight away, after getting a second opinion and repair from a different company, they had almost broken my toilet, wouldn’t recommend to be honest

They completely failed to unblock toilets and drains in flat after 2hrs and £800. They were young inexperienced tried but did not have the right equipment. Plungers and a Karcher power washer! Wasted time searching for non existent inspection site of soil pipe. Go straight to Dyna rod, don't waste your time with this exploitative firm.

Absolutely disgusted with what it has just cost me with two small children and a family over for Christmas left with no choice but to pay a bill for nearly £700 for a blocked toilet and for less than a one hour visit. They promised they would arrive within the hour and where two hours late. The poor young man who did the job was lovely but the company should be disgusted with themselves. Appalled. Would not recommend.

They are overpriced, just coming to the house alone was £69 but for a boiler repair was £269 only to look at the boiler not even fixing it. Absolute rip off! Would not recommend 😕

Awful experience!
Charged a call out (fine) then £199 an hour, plus admin, plus VAT. It doesn't seem they have a set hourly rate, just charging whatever they can get away with

The man who repaired our boiler did an awful job, I had to put the boiler casing back on and he didn't sort out the pressure and check all was working properly before he left.
As others have said very intimidating to be demanded to pay before the man will leave.
He also stank of cigarette smoke which is a smelly that hung around in the kitchen for hours.
Once the work had been completed there was no attempt to clean up.
Also no warning that he was going to make A LOT of noise when it was very clear there were children in the house. Not expecting a quiet repair, but courtesy to warn us so someone could go upstairs to comfort the girls if they woke up.
Was also told the engineer was five minutes away when he actually hadn't left to get to us at all. I did try and cancel him attending at all because I had doubts about using them.

Uncourteous, rude, intimidating, belittling, expensive and most importantly have not done a good job.

Crazy prices and really hold you to the balls when it comes to heating in winter months.
Luckily the plumber that attended the visit was very professional, kind and attentive to the situation.
First they told us we will have someone with in the hour. One finally turned up 5 hours later. They charge a high call out fee of £69 and then a further £235 per hour and an admin fee ontop of all that of £45 lol. Not sure what thats about. All that excl VAT. total bill came in at £419.52 - a bit crazy. Again very important to clairfy the plumber that came out was a real pro and very nice lad. Shame the company he works for is a bit of a.... Avoid!

Plumber was professional and helpful, but prices are utterly ridiculous and not transparent. They’re emailing about prices when the plumber is already out therefore even if you’re not happy would cost £69. They charge an hourly rate of 250 on top plus admin fee plus VAT. Cost me £440 for a broken tap change.. will never use them again.

Called them Out they turned up at midnight then wanted to charge me £500 to unblock a toilet and bath that's a rip off don't use this company

Terrible company, professional scammers. SM3 postcode, charged £82.80 for a non emergency callout. Then wanted Hourly Rate ( per hour or part of an hour ): £259.

Intimidating plumber wouldn't leave until callout invoice was paid.

Avoid at all costs.

First they say £69 for call out and then after arriving they ask you to agree to a document where charge is £249 for an hour before they touch the machine. After that they go on a call with another person to understand the problem wasted one hour and asked to leave they asked for £500+ fee, as many have stated here before. I refused to pay then after leaving made an anonymous call to emerncy services and stated that there is a gas leak in my house. I have compained to to the police, trading standards and will send them legal notice as well. Look at their response , they just have a custom made response which they copy paste for for every negative comments. Do not trust whatever they say, just avoid and report them if you are a victim.

We've just been absolutely fleeced for a job that should have cost a fraction of the price. Absolutely eye-watering hourly rates.
