Having lost confidence to swim, Lauren has been very patient with me, understanding my confidence issues and taking time to help me relax at the beginning of sessions, she is a very positive and kind teacher with lots of enthusiasm.

Holly is a great teacher- breaks the techniques for each stroke down and then build back up to the full stroke. The pool is lovely - clean and warm

My son has been having swimming lessons with Rachel for a few months now and he absolutely loves them! He’s made so much progress already and is always smiling and happy, thank you! :D

We are so glad we found SwimExperts. Rachel has been amazing, so understanding of my twins complex needs and has adapted, and personalised the lessons to suit them. Mark in the admin to has also been most helpful, and nothing ever seems to much trouble. would 100% recommend them.

Fantastic experience for first lesson with Swimexpert. Pool at Canary Wharf is good warm. Instructor Natchelle is amazing and has been very encouraging and helped me in great way. She has skills to bring best.

My kids’ first time to try swimming lesson. They’re both scared of being on the water/pool but their instructor made them comfortable. I’m worried they might not even try getting on the pool but to my surprise they enjoyed it and wants to do it again! Thanks to the lovely and friendly instructor

I wrote a review a few months ago about disappointing service. We had paid for several sessions and the teacher had not turned up.Swim expert (Mark in particular) followed up with me, explained they had teacher issues and had appointed a new person. He offered a free session with the new teacher who was excellent and we have booked more. A very responsive outcome which is much appreciated....

I had a swimming lesson with instructor called Pav and I can’t express enough how pleased I am, I learned a lot.

Fun swimming lesson in a quiet clean pool. My daughters loved it and Chris is a good teacher.

We are very impressed with the 1-1 swimming lessons. We have just finished our first block and my daughter has learnt more in her 6 lessons with Chris then 6 months in leisure centre group lessons. We are booking our next block tonight as Hattie’s water confidence has improved so much.

Luke is a great instructor. We started lessons to regain confidence and from the first session we felt relaxed and supported. Luke tailors the sessions to ensure progression from week to week.

Our daughter now has lessons with Charlotte and is doing brilliantly. Charlotte is kind and patient and our daughter looks forward to her lessons each week!

I have been with Swim Expert for 2 years and it has made the biggest difference to my daughter’s confidence in the water. Luke has been her teacher from the beginning and has been able to coach her from just getting into the water to a proficient swimmer. I would highly recommend Luke, especially if your little one struggles with the water!

I recently completed a set of 1-to-1 swimming lessons with SwimExpert, and I’m very pleased with the results. I was quite nervous to begin with, but my instructor Michael was patient, reassuring, and highly skilled at adapting the lessons to my needs. His clear explanations and calm approach helped me to build confidence in the water step by step.

What I appreciated most was that Michael took the time to understand where I was starting from and made sure each session felt manageable and productive. Over the course of my lessons, I went from feeling anxious about swimming to being confident in the water and being able to swim — something I never thought I’d achieve.
