As an automated switching service, we work to keep members on the most competitive tariff available to them at the time. While we don’t control the tariffs suppliers choose to offer, and this can sometimes mean switching within the same supplier, our role is to monitor the market and handle the process on your behalf.

Impeccable, kind, professional service and staff.
I needed specific help with logging on to my Energy Supplier and the person I contacted at Switchd, Palesa, was SUPERB. Answered immediately, solved the problem efficiently, and was very understanding , kind and supportive. I cannot speak highly enough about this wonderful company. Great service and exceptional staff.

Poor communication
I asked why they had not been in touch knowing that my current deal was expiring; I had not heard from them despite pledging to do so some 45 or so days beforehand, so I was unsure what was happening. I asked; they asked for the latest bill; I provided it and they thanked me for it an said wait for another email with the new deal; why not say what it was going to be? I've still not heard.
